my index finger is very sensible on the side that faces the arrow and the more I shoot its PAINFULL
seems that the arrow is hitting that part of my index

That's finger pinch.

A spacer will help.  I buy Black Widow tabs and add a spacer myself.

Often this is caused by torqueing the string. Helps to take a deeper hook with your string fingers. Lots of good info on this if you do a search in the shooters form forum.

Saunders Pak-Tab is a great choice that can be used with or without the finger separator.

I do think you must be torqueing the string though, for it to be hurting likr that.

I believe you mean "sensitive".

I learned a tip from the late Stacey Groscup at one of his trick shooting shows. Raise your index finger just a bit when you place your fingers on the string.

Assuming you are anchoring with your middle finger in the corner of your mouth, raising the index finger a tad will not change a thing with your shot.

I do this occasionally when my finger gets sore. It happens now and then and I've been shooting for over 25 years.

A short bow and long draw length can cause finger pinch, and if it's severe enough, there's really no way to ameliorate the effect on your index finger other than changing to a longer bow, or perhaps shooting three under.

However, it could also be caused by a form problem. It could be caused by too much downward pressure on the index finger caused by drawing with the elbow too high.  A high elbow causes vertical string torquing.  A high elbow usually is also an indication that you're drawing too much with your arm and not enough with your back muscles. Something to check. Try drawing more with your back and keeping your elbow lower on the draw and see if that eases the pressure on your index finger. Good luck.

my bow is 64 inches
I think like said above it my elbow to high
yes I do pout it high and yes I do get vertical stringing

will try to lower my elbow and putting the tab on the string in a way that my index finger is not pointed downward which I noticed it is.... will see
thanks

I was having the same problem, glove or tab. Figured out what 'Beastmaster offered above, and problem's gone. Just takes a little bit of getting used to. Accuracy improved also.

this morning I shot 2 hours in my garage
bare shaft this ables me to see if I have a good release whit the way the arrow hit the target.....
tried putting the elbow level, still had problem with index
but kept shooting that way because it seems that this is the correct way, after this raise my index this help but had up and down hit
what I did next was to spread both index and middle finger this help a lot good accuracy but had to put a tied nock below the arrow the keep it centred between my index and middle finger
and last put the index horizontal while putting the tab on my string in other words 90 degree to the string
Bingo good accuracy and very consistent and also I did not feel the pain on my index
