Title: Texas hog and Javelina hunt 2014
Post by: Missouri Sherpa on January 22, 2014, 11:48:00 AM
We had a good first week on our west Texas lease this year.  9 hunters (majority stickbows),  14 pigs and/or Javelina killed.  We have a lot of hogs on our 125 sections of lease.  Still have some openings for February, PM or email for info.

Did I read that right '125 sections' as in 80,000 acres?  Wow, that's a lot of opportunity right there!

Last year I hunted one of the ranches all by myself for a night. If I recall correctly, it was about 40,000 acres. Talk about a cool feeling! It didn't last long, though....I boogered a shot on big boar and was kicking myself afterwards.
