I recently purchased a RER 3 piece TD longbow. Looking for a quiver for it. Trying to decide between a strap on and one that attaches underneath the limb bolts. What do you like.
Limb bolt model all the way.
Go with Great Northern and it is quickly detachable.

x3, or a selway if the limbs are thicker so it won't slide

I put a Eagles Flight limb bolt Cherokee on my Silvertip. Holds 4 arrows nicely and I use "BIG" broadheads.
I haven't tried one, but it seems like the limb bolt model would be the way to go. Check out Eagle's Flight Archery. Quality stuff and some super nice folks.

I use the Thunderhorn Small Fry Two-Point on my RER Vital. It holds 4 arrows and is just about perfect. You won't notice it is there, but gives absolutely a bit more stability.
If you mail pics from your bow to them, they will make the quiver in any color you want to match your bow. Fast turn-over times, even if they have to make one with customized colors for you, right prices and about the nicest people you will ever meet. Say hello to them from me, when you order one! :bigsmyl:
Great northern detachable Is really reliable

Own a couple and the only quiver that I'll use on a three piece
I too am a huge fan of Don Ward's (2fletch here on TG) Eagle's Flight quivers. Not only a great design and well built, but he will make them exactly how you want them.
Here's two very special ones he did for me, one with ostrich shin

and one with toad.

Great Northern Quick Mount is all I use on my takedowns!

Thanks guys. Never owned a TD before so just didn't know how to set it up. I like the EFA for my one piece but on the TD I think I lie the GN better.
