That's right, boys and girls, Rod is heading west again! We got him to agree to make a stop here at Raptor Archery and do a shooting clinic again.
Heres the scoop:July 19th and 20th -- that's a Saturday and Sunday -- 12 people will go away with a whole new attitude on shooting their favorite bow-bows. Cost is $250.00 for the two day seminar,Lunch both days will be provided. Class must be paid for up front to reserve a spot.
Looking forward to flinging arras with you again, Rod!

Jack Barnes from San Diego is signed up as well as Scott Spletstoeser from Washington.
Jeff Calvin from Oregon and Tim Okeefe from North Dakota are now in the group, maybe some of the other guys that want to take the seminar can hook up for ride share and save a few $$$$

Hey folks, this is a great course at a really cool shop with good people... I took it last year at Raptor and Rod really helped my shooting. Well worth the bucks if you are serious about getting good.

Ted, I hope your getting better with all these lessons! :bigsmyl:
Great to see the snow, Ted! Seems like a long ways from sitting in the shade of those big trees on a sunny Oregon day during last years lessons with Rod.
Here are some pics for folks to ponder if you go... I spent my evenings up the road at a little county park in view of Mt Hood... fletching arrows and enjoying the little river across the road from my campground.
I would encourage folks to go! Great teacher, great folks and Hood River is a really beautiful place!

I just attended Rod's clinic in Colorado. Money well spent.
Does Rod push 3 under during his seminars?
When I attended, I shot split finger... Rod shoots three under and I tried it at the seminar... I did not stick with that aspect of his lessons, but he really didn't push it. In fact, I am now shooting split again and still feel like the lessons on the shooting sequence and back tension were well worth the time and energy spent with Rod.
Still a couple of openings .
Some of the best money I've ever spent! I hunt less and kill more than ever thanks to much improved accuracy.
Back up so someone doesn't miss out.
OK , one more on board Chris from Washington.
Still a few spots open however.
This class was the best money that I have ever spent in Traditional Archery... My search for the perfect bow is over. :)
The cool thing about the class is that you never shoot over 3-5 feet. The class is based on teaching form, along with many other cool tid bits about archery.
You will go home with homework. If you do your part, you will take your shooting to a different level. I highly recommend taking the class whenever he makes it to your area!!!
Just a reminder , coming up soon , July will be here before you know it .
Still a few spots open .
Two more signed up , one more from California and one from Medford Oregon. Thats eight ready to go !
Four spots left, dont miss out on all the fun.
Back up with an update , 9 people signed up, that makes only three spots open , date coming fast , dont miss out.
Now we have ten , welcome aboard Barney from CA.
Two left , going , going!

Got your message and there are only two spots open, better get on it if you want to attend this year.
I will call you on the # you left.
Welcome aboard Donnie , one spot left .

Donnie
Welcome aboard Steve from MT.
We would have had a full class on this but one guy called and informed us he has some family issues that cant be avoided ( we all know how that is) so we have one and only one spot left.
As of today the class is full! We will accept a couple on a waiting list in case we have any students that have something come up.
See you in July!
Well , I thought I had it bad with my broken leg but one of the students, Tim was helping a friend roof his house and well he fell.
Tim broke all 12 ribs on the left side , left collar bone , left shoulder blade and his hand.
Needless to say Tim would like someone to fill his spot, so there is one spot open in case you missed this and want to join in , we would like to refund Tim's tuition fees so please someone , step up and fill this slot, if we have to we would lower the cost $50.00 to accommodate Tim.
