Title: 1/4" taper tool
Post by: BassBow on January 08, 2014, 01:35:00 PM
Folks,

I am looking for a taper tool that reaches down to 1/4" for kids arrows. I was going to buy some odds and ends from 3 rivers, including the TT tool. But shooing was $13! Any help or suggestion to find good arrow suppliers that carry the TT and have reasonable shippin rates?

if you own a Tru-Center V2 Taper Tool Complete all you need to do is purchase a Tru-Center V2 Taper Tool Extra Guides in 1/4" works great. the only other options you have it a woodchuck power taper tool or make one yourself.

get the 5/16" cheap taper tool. Add a little masking tape to the shafts till it fits snug in the tool. I have tapered a bunch of 1/4" shafts this way.
