feel like a dummy, cant find the fee/paypal info on the Associate Sponsor...

See the yellow clickable panel with the words "2014 CONTRIBUTING MEMBERSHIP" up top on the left side, now look directly under it for the words "Become a Trad Gang Sponsor" and click on it.
