I have never used the Banana cut fleathers but like the look. Is there any advantage to them vice any cut. I would think they may be a little quieter.
In my experience with them, the standard bananas are pretty big and can be a little noisy. I like low profile bananas.
Lo pro nanners. I do 'em in 4 fletch!
I tried banana cut fletch some years ago. The big fletches slowed my arrows down to much for the woods I used then. I lowered the cut which helped but went back to parabolic.
We do have choices and asking questions of each other is a very good start. My experience is probably just the opposite of the next person so I would say "try some" they do look real cool in a back quiver.
Great fletch choice...!!! Ive shot them all...shield, pope and young, parabolic....BUT keep coming back to those Banana cuts. Both tall or low-pro...by the time a deer hears and "whirr" off even a TALL fletch, it's too late. They stabilize a broadhead very well....and get the arrow to "straighten up" out of paradox fairly quickly. Important where penetration is concerned. Try them.......
The big high back ones, especially in 4 fletch pattern, make pretty decent "flu-flu lites" for skwerls.
