Got any lamp shops close by? Any rocker type on and off switch will work.

Any simple switch will work, even the one or your home lights. Toggle switch from an auto parts or farm equipment/small engine store. Could just look around thrift store for an old lamp with switch in the cord. Then of course there's specialty electrical supply houses.

Just make sure the switch is rated for the volts and amperage.  Most switches will be.  AC is much easier to switch than DC.

I don't use my burner that often, but find simply plugging it in and pulling the plug seems to work fine.  Good luck on your search.

Do you have a Belkin surge protector? Plug it in, and the burner and be turned off with the switch on the surge protector. Surge protector comes with a heavy cord and a fuse.
