I will be adding more each week.

Order coming Chuck!!
Thanks!!
Great Knives! I still use the one I received from you Chuck
Gotta love that Clipper model. I've had one for a while now. Excellent non-slip grip, handy knife and easy to sharpen. Can't beat that price including shipping!
I love my mora companion MG. actually so much I keep one in my tackle box, one in my truck, my job box on the construction site, and one on my hip. AWSOME blades
Just went and ordered 2 of the Mora 511. Have been wanting to get a few of these. Love the Clipper model think I have 3 of them. Great knives. Thanks Chuck.
Thank You Guys.
I will ship in tomorrow.
Merry Christmas,
I bought one of the Mora fireknives they produce with the firesteel in the handle. My first mora, not to be my last. I deboned a deer in the field with it this year, easy to sharpen, lightweight, a great addition to the pack.
Chuck gave me one a long time ago, He may not even remember that but I do and I love that knife and think about his generosity and kindness every time I use it. One of my favorite knives and it really holds an edge.
God bless, Steve
Merry Christmas, Chuck--is there a fish filleting knife offered by Mora? Peace!
Yes there is Mike.
They are nice, 10 1/2" overall. 6" stainless flexible fillet blade. over molded black rubber handle with lime green trim. Molded belt sheath has a lanyard hole.
PM me if interested.
Merry Christmas

Man i wish i knew about this earlier. I bought 6 clippers for christmas presents this year but didint know you carried them.
I will from now on buy them from you. I think i even paid 2 bucks more per knife than your prices!
Mora make awesome knives. I dont carry them in the field but use them for skinning, processing, capeing, as well as utility stuff. I think i have 6 or 7 clippers scattered around my house, shop, truck, boats, etc. I usually have to buy a new one or 2 each year. my next order goes directly to you.
How about an orange SS light my fire?
Thanks Jason.
I will be adding more stock and models over the next few weeks. If you what something special, just let me know.
The Clipper is what I carry, it has been thru about 10 critters so far and I only have touched it to a super fine stone once, I do strop it after each use. It shaves.
Merry Christams

Chuck if you get the fireknives in, I would be interested.
Mora knives are Legendary at the Granger Ranger Xtreme Hunt. Make short work of any hog they come up against. There are several Clippers there.

Chris
I hope I will have a couple options for that.
Stay tuned
The Fireknife is one of my favorite pieces of gear. I have one that was a gift from Biathalonman here on TG. I've taken 2 deer from the field all the way to the freezer with that knife.
I've got a Morakniv Bushcraft Survival on the way too.
I'm sure I'll spend a lot of time with both of them in the field over the rest of my life.
That Sandvik stainless is one of my favorites. You can keep the Super Steels (I hate sharpening them anyhow) You can spend 5 times as much on a knife that you're afraid to use if you want too...
Chuck, mark me down for a FireKnife. I picked one up this summer and it is handy as heck. I did not know you could get them. You know I need at least two of everything with Daniel around.
I have a lot more expensive knives than the Moras I have picked up from you; I can't say they are better. Those Moras are very very good
In addition to the fire knife, I would also be ingested in a companion heavy duty or a Bush craft / Bush craft survival. I would like to check out the grips on those two.
Any chance you would have some samples at the kazoo expo?
Todd,
I will put them on the list of knives to bring to Kzoo.
The Bushcraft Knives have the same grip as the 2080 Triflex that I stock now. The blade will have a different profile and ,depending on the model, it may have a different sheath configuration.
What specific models are you interested in?
CTT
Hey Chuck,
When will the clippers be back in stock?
Placing another order in the morning or Monday.
So I think toward the end of next week.
CTT
Chuck I was thinking a Bush craft survival to get the fire starter and heavy blade. Then I saw the fire knife. Now I am not sure and may get a fire knife and either a Bush craft or a companion HD. It all depends on my impression looking at them and handle fit for my hand. I am wondering about retention of the fire starter in both options. I am also looking at the sheath clip differences trying to figure out what to do.
It would be great to be able to see some.
I love my companion MG I got from you. It has caused the retirement of my other fixed blades.
Sounds good Todd. I will try have some options for you to look at.
most of the bushcraft knives and the 2080 Triflex have a beefier handle compared to the companion.
Not huge but it will fill your hand very nice.
I will post when my next order comes in.
Thanks all,
Hey Todd,
I was just looking at the pics on my site and I have a side by side of the 2080 and the companion handles. Thought it might be of interest to you.

Top 2 knives in the very top picture.

I have seen that. It helps a little, but nothing like holding one. I also see where the companion HD is supposed to have a larger or fuller handle than the companion.
I am still checking the options. I fissure want one of the heavier blares and now I see that the bush craft comes in both blade thicknesses.
What is the "profile ground"? I think that is the blade thickness or at lest it appears to be listed on all the thinner blades from what I can see so far.
Also, how are the stainless knives for holding an edge and sharpening compared to the carbon steel knives?
I agree, Holding is knowing for sure. I have not handled any of the HD knives yet so I can't say for sure on them. I will try to get some variations of the HD's in stock.
The "profile Ground" blades are very different grind than the other blades do. It is hard to explain but it is thinner from mid-blade to the tip. Almost like the edge grind is taken all the way to the spine for the front half of the blade.
It is hard to explain, like I said.
I think the difference between the carbon and SS blades are well known, but the Mora SS is different than other SS and it holds up very well.
Thanks for the info Chuck. I looked at the blades on a site and just couldn't see the blade grind difference in the photos.
I have read very mixed comments on the carbon vs stainless, but generally it sounds like the stainless is reasonably comparable.
I am not finding anything like the laminated model you have. All I find is wood handles on the laminated blades. What is the best Web site to check out the models?
I looked at all the pics I could find and none of them showed the grind very well on the Profile ground blades. I will get some and you can check it out.
The Tri-Flex that I carry is not a laminated blade, it is heat treated differently making the steel "act" like a laminated blade.
I do not think Mora offers the laminated blades in anything but a wood grip as you found out.
I can, and will be getting some Laminated blades in stock. This will be just the blade ready for adding your own handle.
Nocams, I missed your post the other day. PM sent just now. Sorry for the delay.
Thanks all,
Chuck
No worries Chuck..... PM replied to bud. Not sure if you will want to stock the Model 150 or 155 filet knife ? I was thinking of getting one of each. One has a wider point than the other. My old Rapalas are worn down and I cannot sharpen them on my KME. Blade not wide enough to hold onto, tip is too flexible and bends away from the KME stone during sharpening.
Back to the tip top this morning..... :coffee:
Chuck, I'll wait and pick up a couple from you at Kzoo. I assume you'll be bringing all the different models you have available?
Nocams, I got the pm. When I call for the order I will see about the 150. 155 is instock.
Andrew, are you looking for anything in particular?
Nothing particular, Chuck. I bought one from you at Compton awhile back, love it. Would like to pick up more. Great knives! See you soon.
I just got some more knives in today and filled all the orders. The remaining Stock is or will be posted to the site asap.
DONE!
FireKnife has been added to the site.
only two left at this time.

Nice Blades at a Nice Price!!
My son swears by his FireKnife. He never goes into the woods without it and I have seen him make some dandy fires using it.
I think it is a pretty good set up Ron. I may have to get myself one to carry.
Here are some pics,

You might want to have a bunch of those FireKnives at Kalamazoo...and I'd prefer mine in one of the HI visibility colors. I have a bad habit of putting my knife down and losing track of it.
On the sheaths, do they have a closed " belt loop" or can you slide it down over a belt?
Thanks!
The fire knife and the Clipper have a clip-on loop.
Some of the others have a closed loop.
I plan to have more Steve, see you there.
CTT
Thanks, I like the clip on loop style. Dont have to have a belt. Can hook it to your pants, safety harness or pack strap.
They are handy that way Mike. I will most often have my pocket knife for GP use and my hunting blade stays in my pack. When I am really hunting(big country, not setting in a fence row), I will carry my hunting blade on my belt.
Thanks for the question.

Got the PM that the filet knife is shipping to me Chuck, Thanks ! Was it the 150 or the 155 model ? I do not really care cause I am going to probably buy the other model too so that I have both.
Cannot wait to put this thing on my KME and use my brand new CBN honing oil and leather strop. I am going to put a mirror finish on the edge of this thing and see how many crappie it will filet before needing a resharp..... :readit:
It is the 155 Jimmy. That thing is plenty sharp right now. You KME and the new stone should just scare the skin of them crappie.
Thank you again.
CTT
Might have to get a Tri-flex to keep my Clipper company. :archer2:
Thanks Chuck ! If you decide to stock the 150's or need to add 1 more knife to an order go ahead and order a 150 filet knife and I will take it too bud. I like the looks of the 150 with the wider tip on it. Bet others might as well. Probably would use it as a all around kitchen knife and filet duties. Bet the wife will like the non slip handle and it would probably be a good pineapple knife, those things can be tough. Also very hard to cut sweet potatoes and Winter squash.
Just got my fireknife in the mail from Chuck today! Couldn't ask for a better product or a better person to deal with! Happy New year to you and your family Chuck! I will be watching your site for one of those wool camo coup cap and maybe another fireknife for my daughter!
My daughter and I are hoping to make the Compton shoot this year and if so we will definitely look you up!
Thanks for letting me know that it showed up Chris. Always a pleasure to hear from you, and please do say hello if you guys make the trip to Comptons.
Jimmy, I get a few guys interested in the fish knives as well so I hope to start stocking several different styles.
I have worked with my distributor to make ordering a little easier, so now I can place a little smaller orders. This makes it easier for me to get a special order knife in a timely fashion.
If any you tradgangers are interested in any knife, Mora or otherwise, please shoot me a PM and we will see what we can do for you.
Thanks again to everybody
CTT
I just got in another order of knives, and listed them to the site.
I wanted to take a minute to offer to order in, just about ANY knife that you may want/need.
I choose to carry The Mora Brand in stock, but I can get most any brand or style of knife made.
If you have a knife that you would like me to price out for you, just shoot me an email with what you want and I will get you a price.
I order once each week and can have your knife to you in a week to ten days.
I also plan to add additional knife brands and models as well as Flashlights and some other tools that we bowhunters like to carry.
thanks all.
CTT
I got a clipper for my daughter from chuck last week to carry hiking and camping and of course I had to get one for myself (can't have to many knives). Haven't had a chance to try it out but it looks like a good knife for the price! Great service also
Happy they arrived for you Johnny. Thanks again.
CTT
How thick is the blade on the Triflex? 1/8" like the Bushcraft, or 1/16th like pretty much all the other Mora's?
Dan, I don't have a mic right handy but with my machinist steel rule and my eye it is just under 1/8" thick(I think I mic'd it before at about .100).
It is a very solid knife.
Thanks for the question.
CTT
Chuck has me a Model 150 fillet knife headed my way now. It will be the sister to the Model 155 I got a few weeks back. I want to see how the 150's stiffer spine and wider tip works on fish as well as deer. I am betting the 150 may become a kitchen drawer knife used everyday for just about everything in the kitchen too.
So far the 155 is holding up very well and holds a good edge. When it gets a tad bit duller I am going to have a go at it with my KME and go thru coarse diamond, med arkansas, fine arkansas , then the new leather strop and CBN honing oil I got from Ron @ KME. I have already used the leather and CBN oil on a Buck pocket knife and all I can say is........ :scared:
The patch on my arm is still pretty naked of hair and that was weeks ago. I am sure I can get the same edge on the Moras from Chuck. That Sandvik steel is awesome for the $$$.
Thanks for the feed back Jimmy. I have been getting a lot of requests for the Mora Fillet knives. It is good to here that they work like the other Mora hunting knives. The 150 will make a great game processing knife I think. I always have a "fillet" knife at hand when cutting deer. I like the way they work for me.
Fillet knife makes short work of the silverskin on the backstraps.... Simply lay the whole backstrap skin side down on the cutting board first. Then cut your slices as thick as desired cutting down to the skin / board but do not cut all the way thru. Then take a razor sharp fillet knife and cut the silverskin off in one swipe along the bottom. If the meat is good and cold the better. Firm meat is easier and neater to cut
Okay, been using the Mora 150 filet knife on some fish and in the kitchen for a few days.... On bigger fish or used as a boning knife it is the bomb ! On smaller fish we will stick with the More Model 155 with more flexible blade and thinner tip / point. May buy a few more of the 150's for the kitchen later on. The 150 made short work of a Pineapple and Butternut Squash the other day and both of those are pretty tough to cut with a lesser knife. Great knives for the $$$ and that Sandvik steel is awesome..... :campfire:
Thanks for the feed back Jimmy.
Update on the Mora Model 150 fillet knife now that garden season is here..... I took the Mora 150 out of the kitchen drawer and it was pretty sharp but all beat up from use and the dishwasher. About 10 mins on the KME knife sharpener with the Xtra Coarse diamond stone only for a ultra sharp ragged edge for corn processing duty......
The wife normally uses cheap RADA knives in the kitchen and I also sharpened two of those up just like always when it is time to cut all the garden sweet corn off the cob, cooked in a 7.5qt Lodge porcelain coated dutch oven, then frozen in qt cups for winter time treats with the garden green beans. She cut about 2 dozen ears off the cob with the RADA's, then using the edge of the blade at 90 degrees to the cob scraped the, "milk " out of the cobs for cream style corn. Been doing it that way for generations here in the South for, "Fried Corn ".
I asked her, "Why don't you try the Mora 150 since it has a nice comfy rubber handle and use the serrations on the back to, "milk ", the cobs and keep the knife razor sharp. These serrations are normally used for scraping scales off fish but they are the ticket for milking those corn cobs folks !!!
Long story short.... the RADA's have been retired from corn processing now and the Mora 150 was still peeling hair from my arm after cutting 12 dozen ears of corn off the cob ! I am totally sold on the Mora story..... may not be the prettiest or fanciest knife but for the $$$ the steel cannot be beat ! Unbelievable edge holding quality.
Chuck, PM sent..... I want a few more of these 150's for the kitchen. This will now be our go to knives for all game and garden processing duties.
