was in my stand yesterday morning when some squirrels behind me went nuts barking and carrying on so I turned to look.
just as i looked i seen a body silloueted against the snow and said to myself (bobcat).
got my video camera out and started videoing.
at about 25 yds I closed my camera in antisapation of a shot, he stopped at 20 yds in the open and peed, but I was waiting for a closer shot.
he walked about 4-5 yds from my tree but it was just to thick for a shot with all the underbrush.
I should have just kept videoing him.

Very cool sighting and nice video work too :)
awesome
Very nice! I'da let him walk too.
Nice video.. I hunted Northern Missouri for years until this year. The last 3 years I saw bobcats at least once per season.
Got his photo on Game camera in Illinois this year. First one I have seen here.

Bobcats are one of the prettiest animals in the wild. Thanks for the video. You did good letting him walk.

I agree 100% I see them often turkey hunting would never shoot one.
The best thing about bow season is sitting in my stand just observing what goes on in the woods.
Most people will never see what we do.
Its a privilege I honor.
Great video... Beautiful animal for sure! Thanks for sharing!
cool video! I took one with my Blacktail a couple of years ago, and it is amongst my favorite trophies. had the hide soft tanned in to a beautiful fur, and the skull mounted with the broadhead squarely planted in it (!). he turned as I drew, and a shoulder shot became a TKO.
only needed one, and have let a few pass since then.
fun to see.
Cool video. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for sharing the video !
