I was in Denver this past weekend for a family gathering and was able to get in to see Tom, Tommy and Danny Clum at their shop in Arvada. As soon as I walked in the door my reaction was "sell my clothes I'm go'in to heaven". I never expected to see the huge inventory of trad supplies, leather goods and clothing plus all the longbows and recurves I knew would be there all under one roof. Being a real "knife junkie" I was further impressed to see their extremely extensive knife shop and again the amount of inventory is more than you expect to see. If you want to talk knives you'd have three generations worth to talk to under that roof. The morning after a big game they all took really good care of an out of town Charger fan...thanks guys...Tom.
Yep, a great place. They always get some of my money when I am in the Denver area.
You didn't have to bring up the 'Charger fan' thing, though. :)
One of a kind family run shop.
Great guys for sure! I always enjoy talking with them at the high country shoot every year
Go Boltz!!
The best archery shop I have ever stepped foot into!

I wish there were more shops like them.
I visited the shop this past summer, got out of their with my cloths still on, could spend a bundle between bows and knives, I'll visit again with some $$ in my pocket, did pick up a shooting glove, really like it well made, quality leather..
Great shop and great people. Plenty of bows even for us lefties. Great service thru the mail also.
I was in Denver 4 years ago visiting family and didn't get over there to see them... I regret it everytime I read a thread like this...
You can bet I won't make that mistake again...

My sentiments exactly!
first class place for sure
unfortunately, i live across the country, but their service is great. Very fast shipping, and low shipping rates. When i ordered something and it was out of stock, i received an email from a real person, with suggestions for very similar products. My favorite place to order by far.
With the "big box" outdoor stores in our world, RMSGear is an exemplary "small business". It's physically small but for guys that like recurves and longbows, it's inventory and people make it "huge".
HUNDREDS of bows to shoot. Not a hundred bows. HUNDREDS of bows to shoot. And, you won't find better people to do business with.
I'm a fan.

PS take a look at this inventory (https://www.rmsgear.com/bowshop_inventory.html) .
I had an opportunity to meet Tom at the High Country shoot put on by CTAS a couple years ago. We actually got to go out and shoot a course together with a couple other vendors very early in the am.
That was a very cool shoot, and Tom is a great guy. He even offered to put my bows on display in his shop too.... Unfortunately I've never been to their shop in Denver, but have seen photos.... Wow! quite a place from the looks of the pics.

X3!
Haven't had the pleasure of going but my wife's trying to talk me into a ski trip....might have do some bargaining and change that.
I have however used them several times for online orders and their service is as good as it gets. I placed a very small online order for tips or something once and Tommy sent me a note telling me to call next time so they could save me money on shipping. Pretty hard to beat that.
I always enjoy going in there. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Great guys. Great shop. Can buy online from them also. I will not do business anywhere else. You have to visit their place. They have spent hours stringing and unstringing bows for me to shoot, lots of time helping me get arrows tuned to my bows, lots of time helping me with my form, lots of emails answering my questions, these guys are the best.
RMSG, great shop with the best customer service anywhere.
Charger fan...... :scared: ..oh well I guess somebody has to..
How is that Caribow treating you..?
I've talked with them a few times working on websites for clients and they seem like great folk. Would enjoy meeting them all one day and seeing their slice of "Trad Heaven".
It's a must stop every time I go to Denver. Couldn't ask for a better shop, great people!!!
New Silver Fox arrived Monday. I'm not the best at the ten month thing but that all goes away when you open that box...
I will be down there this weekend. I will try and remember and take some pictures for those unfortunates that can't be there in person. They have a bow selection like no other.
