I just realised I have been remiss in not introducing myself. I have been a member for awhile now but have just recently become an active poster on the forum. I am an American that has now lived in the UK (Scotland) for about 20 years (long story). I was a trad archer (and wheelie bow shooter) when I was a kid in Michigan and I take a vacation every October to my home state to bow hunt, chase salmon and visit the family. Over here in the UK I have spent the last 8 years or so shooting Olympic style FITA competitions. Recently I have begun to dabble in field archery.
This is a brilliant forum with a lot of very knowledgeable and friendly people on board. In a short period of time I have learnt a great deal about what's going on on your (my) side of the pond :)
I will do my best to carry on the friendly and helpful discussions on the forum and if I don't I'm sure the moderators will keep me right ;)
All the best.
Brian
