Title: ILF question
Post by: Shane H on December 09, 2013, 10:18:00 AM
I'm playing around with a ILF bow for the first time. It's a 19" border riser, the nock point seems to like 5/8-3/4" high with 1/16" positive tiller. shoots good but that high nock point bugs me. All my other bows are 1/4-3/8". My question is, can i adjust tiller in any direction to drop nock point? And I shoot split. Thanks, Shane

The beauty of ILF.....you can try anything you want. See if it makes a difference for you.

Increase positive tiller and you will need a lower nock point.

Yeah play with positive try at least 1/8", dont be afraid to try 1/4 or 3/8" even, its whatever works best for you.

When I shot split-finger, my ILF was positive  1/4" with a 1/2" nock point.  But, play around a bit and find what works best for you.
