i'd like to try the beman center shot , what wieght , would you put on a beman centeshot 340 , i'm pulling 63# at 29"
and what about the insert , 50 or 75gr ,
merci ..
I would suggest using at least a 200 g point in front of the 75g insert. This should give you aprox 600g from a 30" arrow (not saying that is what length you need). The spine should be correct and arrow with out insert at 30"s should weigh about 325g. mix and match the inserts and pt weight to get the weight you want, but would suggest you use at least 250 g up front(pont and insert) minimum.
They are a good looking arrow and although we don't sell as many of them as we do the axis, I believe it is due to the fact that the axis is more well known.
thanks, bigjim
merci
that around whats i was thinking .
I buy my CenterShot arrow shafts from Jim. I hope people don't figure out how well they are made and how durable they are otherwise I won't be able to get them.(-:
Been shooting them since they first came out. Drove a few into a cinder block wall and I am still shooting them. They are a great arrow shaft.

I tried them for the first time this year. I'm shooting a 47# Widow PSAIII at my 27" draw. I had a complete pass threw on a 6 pt early November. I shoot them cut to 28"'s Beamon centershot 500 8.3 GPI, brass insert and a 150 gn Magnus stinger. by the way that Magnus stinger is still razor sharp. Went threw like a hot knife in butter!
merci/thanks for your help ..
