What are you guys who are shooting one using for a rest
I have a NAP Center Rest (flipper style) on the one I have.
Mine was set up with the thick furniture pads. Shot it off the shelf.

I use a modified carriage bolt with velcro stuck on for a side plate, which is nice because it's still adjustable. As far as the rest itself goes I use a wooden dowel split in half and then use a strip of leather over top that and glue it down with contact cement. It makes for a nice adjustable rest that makes tuning arrows a breeze :bigsmyl:
I have one of the hard plastic versions of the NAP Centerest. Works great for me. I have been seeing some of the best arrow flight I have ever seen from my hand....so yeah I'm happy with my setup.
I've heard of a lot of people using the Hoyt stick on rest, the one with the little "hook" type end to hold your arrow on the rest while drawing.
I plan on getting a couple different ones just to try and see how they compare. I have also been told to get one of the adjustable mounting plates that can me moved in and out upon your need and mount your rest to that. Otherwise you'll have to use some extra sticky pads to build it out where you need it to be.
Anyway, the NAP Centerest is about $25 and I have been told they are darn near bomb proof. The plastic version I have is about $5 or so.
Good luck with yours.
