Has any one tried one of these on wood shafts?

I've got one of these from way back when. I used to use it for straightening aluminum, but I only shoot wood now and straighten them by eye and feel with my hands.
I do use it for alignment when mounting broadheads.

Try using a Heat Gun and Carefully Straightening it by hand. Let it cool on a Flat Surface, like a Counter Top. May take several tries, but its worth the Effort. I use an Ace Roller Straightener and a Couple of Short Blocks of Wood to put under each end with the bend Up. Take your time, its worth it.
There is also a Fine "How-To" using a Screwdriver on here somewhere! Good Luck!!

I did years ago but I replaced the nylon blocks with a roller bearing assembly I made. It will work but I ended up using the straightener more for checking straightness. I used (use) the Ace roller and heat gun method to do the straightening now. Sold the rig awhile back and upgraded to a dial type straightener.
