It happens late spring/early summer. It's a ton of fun and for a great cause. It will be here before you know it.

It is in late May/early June. YES, you can donate items, and buy items too! There will be a thread beforehand announcing the exact dates and when the listing of donated items will start and when the actual auction will start.

It works like this:

There is a separate forum where all the members of this site list items (the items do not need to be trad archery related) that they donate to the auction.

Once the auction starts, the items are bid on until the closing time, at which time a winning bidder is declared.

Then the money for the item is sent in to a central location. Once the item has been confirmed as paid for, it will be sent by the donating person to the winning bidder.

The auction is a ball of fun and a great way to help out a bunch of unlucky kids in real need of some help!
