Title: border black douglas tiller question

i noticed the tiller on my new black douglas today when i was setting up a bow quiver. i measured it and the top measurement is 10mm (3/8") bigger. more than my bob lee by heaps.
i shooting split fingers.

is this what it should be?

Normaly,on the HEX6 bb2 limbs the tiller is beetwen 1/16 to 1/8,at least on mine (tcs riser 19",hex6h bb2,62")

thought 10mm was excessive.

Measurement may indicate that the bowyer determined that is where the bow shot best and timed best.

Do you feel excessive handshock or vibrations during the shot? If not don't worry about it.

this may well be true, at least i hope so. i've emailed sid about it, just haven't heard from him yet.

didn't notice anything while shooting it. i only noticed it when i was setting up a bow quiver and the arrow wasn't parallel to the string like it should be with the way the quiver is setup.
