That's what he shot out of it, should I put a brass insert in them or just shoot a regular insert? My head is a Magnus 125 grain buzzcut. The guy said they flew good around 28.5-29 inches..

I would shoot a regular insert.  It is tapped on the back to accept supplemental weights.  If you decide you need more weight, you can either increase the weight of your point/broadhead, or else add screw-in weights to the insert,

Most of the common adhesives used to glue in inserts will soften enough to pull out if you hold the end of the arrow with a point installed in boiling water for about a minute and then pull on the point with a pair of pliers.

I use a hot glue gun to install my inserts when I'm tuning, just heat it again with a candle and pull the insert and point back out with a pair of pliars . I would use the standard inserts and just start tuning with full length
