Title: Silvertip and cedar take a big 6 point

I had an awesome morning on November 3rd. After watching a doe running for her life from 4 small bucks, I looked up and saw a big wide buck coming to join the show. I tried to slow him down by bleating and the next thing I know my arrow hits him high in the ribs as he runs by at 5 yards. 80 yards later, he was down. He ended up being a 6 point with a width of 21.75" at the tips of the main beams. I'd post a picture, but I am computer challenged. Bob

Congratulatons Bob.I am happy for you.
I was just telling my boy how sometimes 6 pointers can have big racks and that it was not always about how many points they have and that some dandy 6 pointers might not be legal if thier was a 4 point to one side restiction on bucks.

I see you are still shooting a Schafer.They work well for you!
