I hope I am not out of line asking. I really do not know who Chris is but he obviously was someone I would have like to have known by all the comments about him.
It is also obvious that he is not with us anymore and that has left a hole it seems in many peoples heart on this site.
I would like to know who he is and a little about him please. Thank you,
Do a search.
Here's some info.

He was bowhunter, a member of this site, and a very brave Veteran....Taken way to soon.
Chris was one of the best people that I have ever known. I am lucky to have been able to call him friend.
True sportsman. I think he was a master Sgt. in the Army. Inspiration to all that knew him. Unselfish to a fault.
I am lucky to know his family. I just had a great visit with his son Christpher and daughter Kelsey.
I have several cherished items that Chris gave me. A hunting arrow given to me by his father, sits in a place of Honor atop my Bowhunters of Alabama, Inc. plaque, the first Traditional Award given out by the BHA.
He was one of my NBEF Instructors.
He was GOOD MOJO!
A friend that will be missed as long as I walk the swamps and woods.

I never got to meet Chris personally but he was one of the best and all you had to do is read his posts and all the different ways he affected or tried his best to help others to come to this conclusion.
Chris' dad Larry and I became fast friends and even when we don't get to talk as often as either of us would like, we know that we're there for one another.
I always know if I need to connect with him Larry will find out and he'll be there for me.
I am sure Chris learned a lot about caring about others from his dad.
God bless,Mudd
PS Chris may be gone but his spirit lives on here in Tradgang.
I have spent the last hour reading the comments about him. A fine man indeed.
Thanks guys. Like I said, I would have like to have met him.
