Adkmountainken sent me an email that he had left a gift for me from him and the guys on our Elk Hunt. I figured a bottle of Wine or something like that. I couldn't believe my eyes when I pulled up in his driveway and saw a Robertson Buffalo Bow sitting in the chair. I have always dreamed of having one and was totally caught by surprise. I'm still in Awe! I Don't know how I could ever Thank these Guys. What a bunch of guys to share Hunting Camp with AdkmountainKen, Frenchymanny, Zmonster and Drewsbow
Thank You So Very Much!
John
Gotta love the brotherhood of trad gang! I know I do. Everyone I have talked to on here and have heard others talk about are all class acts.
Awesome!!! Any pictures???
enjoy my friend

All I know of those guys is from reading their posts, but this doesn't surprise me. I had one of those many years ago; pretty good bow, too. It is a Jay Massey design. Jay was down visiting Dick and made a wide limb bow using Dick's D/R form and the Buffalo Bow was born. You will find it to be smooth, quiet and having good performance, not to mention great Mojo. Enjoy it!
Yep,
It don't get no better than this bunch of folks.
Charlie
 :clapper:
That's a great bunch within a select group.
I've had the pleasure of stumping with them and hope to again. :archer:
THAT'S WHAT I LOVE ABOUT TRAD GUYS!! You'd never hear of that with the wheel bow crowd.
Love it....
enjoy brother, we all know how much you put in to that elk hunt with helping us, showing us what to look for and everything else in the planning, you are very deserving!
Im sure you know already but you can search the world for many lifetimes and not find 4 folks as true as those four hillbillies. Not sure if Manny is a true hillbilly as he hails from Canada but hes as good as any man Ive ever met, better than most. Enjoy your bow. :campfire:
Dont tell me you folks are on the mountain, Ill be forced to call in for work in the morning and partake of some mountain time.
Super cool!!!!!!!!! :clapper:
John, You have to watch yourself at all times Hanging with them fellas. ;)
You will never meet a better bunch of People! Ever.
I'm not sure Canada has hillbillies, have to ask Manny what that would be in French ?
ken that was a real nice thing to do you da man :clapper: :shaka:
There's some good folks here. That's for sure.
Good Stuff....those that Trash Tradgang have no clue at what all goes on hear that is priceless.
Nice to hear yet ANOTHER great thing about the folks of THIS site!!!

I only know 2 of the gents: Ken and Drew in anything near "personal" but have never met but have had very high quality interactions with both that left me indebted to both beyond words.
They are the real deal. I would assume anyone who rolls with those 2 has to also be good stuff!
Very neat gesture and from how life used to be among folks who care!
I made an inquiry about where to buy snake skins about a week or so ago. Yesterday, a pair showed up in my mailbox from Snakewood3. Unbelievably generous!
Jerry
We do have hillbillies, at least I hope I qualify as one of those Canuck hillbillies!
John it was an honor to hunt and share a camp with you! Enjoy
F-Manny
Coureur des Bois..... (bush-loper)
Yup!!! Yer one of them!!!!! :bigsmyl:
Very nice thing to do. Congrats.
Thats awesome! I came home a month ago and had a package waiting for me. It was from Beth Windauer. It was a set of bronze antler knobs for my Silvertip on order. A gift from Cacciatore!! Thanks buddy!
I had another trail cam stolen last week. Gary Hall from D&M Custom Arrows told me a replacement was in the mail!! Holy Cow! What friends!! Amazing!
i can not even begin to to tell you the generosity that has been bestowed on me from members of Tradgang! packages show up often and i'm blown away! bows, guns, knives, clothes and the list goes on and on. i do try to pay it forward when i have something i know someone can use. the bow to John was a gift from me, Manny, drew and Casey for all the hard work he put in to the elk hunt. we happened to see it at RMSG while in Co and i could tell John likes it as he had talked about looking for one before. i simply mentioned to the guys while we were having breakfast when Jon excused himself and money flew on the table before i finished the dam sentence!
:clapper: :archer2:
I also have to admit, the generosity Bestowed to me here is way more than i ever feel I could pay forward.
John, I know you will be killin critters with that bow. I hope you post stories and pics.

Doesn't surprise me a bit, from that group.
i did get to sneak a few shots with the bow before John picked it up, smoooooooooth bow!
This is a "top-notch" clan right here!!!!!
I'm Honored to be able to have them as friends!!!!!
(Actualy, We're so "tight"... We're Brothers!!!)
Like I have said time and time again, TRADGANG FOLKS are THE BEST on the PLANET!! :clapper: :clapper:

BIG world, small cyber space camp but have met AWESOME, salt of the earth people!
