As many of you already know, I'm crazy about Zipper bows. :D I have a hunt coming up in Indiana, and had been looking for a backup set of limbs for my Nitro longbow. As luck would have it I was able to work a trade on Tradgang for another complete bow.
The bow was everything I was looking for. Perfect specs and a pure shooter, just like all Zippers are for me. It just seemed to be missing something. I really loved the riser woods, but thought the bow just looked too dark with the all black limbs.
I had an idea in mind, so I contacted "KentuckyTJ" to see what he thought. As many of you know Tom Jenkins is a master at picking out bow woods. :notworthy:
Tom was able to photoshop my riser into a few pictures, and I was able to get an idea what the final product was going to look like. The next call was to Bill Dunn to see if he could bring this all together. I believe his response was something like "Bring it on" :banghead: Thanks to Tom Jenkins for all your help. And to Bill Dunn for making this all happen. You really are the master !!! :clapper:

Shes a beauty. Have always wanted to try one of those nitros. His recurves are great shooters. Those skins look great.

Usually about 2-3 weeks to put the skins on and finish.
I'm glad you like it, Bill. Like you said just what those black limbs needed!
