Hey Guys, haven't posted much in a while, been having limited time to hunt this spring and fall, due to work, farming and life. I managed to get a shot this morning about 9:30 from a blind overlooking my small food plot in my back field over a hill 200yds behind my house, had 12 turkeys come in, only shot I felt good about was 20yds into the back, little high, nearly cut the neck off, but down right there! It was a young hen, boned the breast out and the legs, they seemed so tender I could nearly stick my finger thru them. This is my 3rd trad turkey from this food plot, and makes it special harvesting game off my own land. This makes my 17th trad turkey in 9 years, and I could never kill one with a wheelie bow!I got one last year about this time, been a long dry spell. If Mudd or someone will pm a email wills send pics to post. Thanks for looking.
Good for you, Sam.
