Received my new Super Kodiak from one of the fine sponsors here and all I can say is wow. I know many of you think that the Gainesville bows don't compare to the Grayling bows, and maybe you're right, but this SK is nothing to frown upon.
I went with the 60" bow and it pulls very smooth to my 29+ draw length. Pointability - check. Forgivness - check. Speed - who cares, but check. Quiet - with some home made wool silencers, check. Four different shaft/point combinations shooting bullet holes in paper in no time. She might not win any beauty contests, but she ain't all that bad lookin' either.
I really like the new SK a lot!
Congrats, glad you like your new bow. I like the SK's.

Those SKs are very nice. Bear is doing it right!!
I have the 64'' Super Kodiak and it is sure sweet shooting and not hard to look at either.
Bear is doing it right. Their bows are great, and their customer service is excellent.
I have one new SK too. Very nice bow!
Congratulations on your new Super Kodiak! I have a '69 Super Kodiak and it's the nicest shooting bow that I own.

One day I may try a recurve, but for now I'm a long bow guy and my long bow is a Bear Montana. I realize its not a custom, but Bear does a fine job and its a really sweet shooter for under $400. I have no problem believing the SK is just as fine.
Congrats. The current ones are very well made indeed.
They sure are good lookers! Glad you like yours.
They win beauty contests in my book! I'm a big fan, glad you are enjoying yours.
