Tuesday, October 1st is Iowa's deer opener, and I'm excited to go!  Everything is ready!

Good luck to all of you!  I've been fortunate to be the only bowhunter to hunt a farm in my area for the past thirty-one years.  People ask the farmer for permission, and he says "you have to talk to Bernie about that".  Yes, I'm spoiled...

I can't wait!  I've got some non hunting related things to do the next couple weekends, but will be hard at it starting mid October.
