Just wanted to give a big thumbs up to DLC Covert. I bought a 2012 game camera about a month ago on a closeout deal, new in the package, but when I tried to program it, the screen kept going all white so you couldn't see anything. I contacted them about the problem, they promptly issued an RMA to return it. One week from the time I sent it back, I received a brand new 2013 camera as a replacement at no additional cost. These are the kind of folks I like dealing with.

I agree. You can not beat their customer service. I have heard too many horror stories abiut other trail cam customer service nightmares. My hat goes off to dlc.
Great product and great customer service! I had a Covert Special Ops Code Black and put Lithiums in it before they had the warnings out to avoid them and they replaced the camera no questions asked! Can't go wrong with DLC Covert!
cannot beat there customer service!!never any questions just send it back thats what its all about!!!
That's the way it should be. I don't do buisness with places that make excuses for their product or blame their supplier. If it's not right, don't ask questions, just replace it!
Yep great customer support and products as well, have only had very few issues with any of my cameras, although I have about 12 of them, and they were taken care of quickly and promptly.
