Lets all take a moment to remember what happened 12 years ago and bless the families of our fallen brothers and sisters. May God bless you all.

May God's blessing be on you and yours for all eternity for being there, and with all who aided, and to those who lost their lives or lost loved ones.
I haven't forgotten.
I just did a search and the documentary I watched today was debunked in 2005 .... whew! The fellow who produced the documentary should be hung.
Always remember
I raise my glass to all the souls that perished that day.... Especially 343 of my fallen brothers... Dallas Fire Never Forgets
What Joe Skipp says!
Joe I understand where you and others are coming from and I'd never tell anyone how they should feel.
It's just that as the man(Jesus)I follow hung on a cross dying he asked that those that were doing this be forgiven so I feel if I say I am a follower of his then I need to follow his teaching.
My prayers go out to all those who are hurting from the events of that terrible day.
God bless, Mudd
Here's what I posted on the "here's a drink" thread...
This morning, I watched some of the "live news" replay of 9-11. My wife just happened to be in NYC on 9-11-01 for work, although about 25 blocks away from the WTC and she was never in danger, other than being scared blankless.
I got a pit in my stomach reliving that day and the memory of trying to get ahold of her on the phone. In the end, my wife was safe and sound. Shaken, and she lost a few work people she knew that worked in the WTC, but she was safe.
But today, raise a glass in salute and rememberance for the 1000's of families whose loved ones didn't come home on 9-11 and to all those brave first responders who ran towards the smoke and flames and horror, instead of doing the instinctual thing of running away from the danger. Then raise it for the brave folks that fought back on the hijacked planes and likely saved the Capital Building in DC. And then raise it again for all the brave men and women who served and gave much or all, in all the conflicts post 9-11.
Amen!

We will forever mourn those we lost and will forever give thanks to all who responded so unselfishly at that dire time.
Very well stated Mojostick
Amen Brother
God Bless those who perished, our first responders, our military men and women, and America!
never forget!
Hard to believe its been 12 years.
My niece Abby came into the world that morning, when others went home.
It is sad, but those souls have no more worries,no more cares.
I grieve for the families and the people most affected by the tragic event.
God Bless
