I have been shooting with different tabs but have decided to go back to the glove.
I pulled out several gloves and tabs yesterday and the Dura glove works the best for me. Like a tab but cant seem to adjust for whatever reason.
I called 3 Rivers Archery and they assured me that the problems with the Dura glove no longer exist.
There was a period of time they had some problems with inconsistency in size, ect.
I'm glad to hear that because I like the Dura Glove, no bulk around my fingers and get a good release.
I ordered two dura gloves maybe 2 months ago. I asked the guy on the phone to please take them out of the pack and make sure they matched in size because that is why I was ordering two at the time. I wanted two that were close to the same as I have heard bad things about them being inconsistent. I had one I bought years ago and loved it. Well, I got the two gloves and the packs had not been opened. One was the size I ordered and hoped for only the fingers from the mid knuckle down were so small I could not get my fingers in and the protection part for shooting did not go up far enough on the finger to cover the string.
The other was huge and the finger protection part for the string was too short again.
Mistakes happen but they do not give these gloves away. I asked for a specific thing and I guess they were to busy to do it. I am not bashing three rivers as I have bought tons of stuff from them. I will order all my trad archery needs from maybe a smaller sponsor here that will take the time and take care of ME.
So in short my experience is the dura glove problem is not solved. Big Jim has some fine gloves and great service.Respectfully,RC
I been shooting the superglove for some time now, needed a new one, so I thoghut I would give the Dura-Glove a try. I have always used a small super glove and the measurements on 3R website worked out tobe a small. Well I could not get my fingers in the glove it was so tight near the finger tips. 3R is exchanging it for a medium with free return shipping, but I paid shipping there and back to the tune of 16.00. It is going to be an expensive glove at the end of the day.
THAT'S why I love my local trad shop. I can walk in, try it on and then put it back or buy it. A local shop is one of the truly great things in life.
Plus, it's fun to just walk in and window shop or shoot the breeze :)
I had the same thing happen, one glove fit well...like a glove. The other the same size I can't get my fingers in. I've been trying squirting a product used to stretch shoes on it but it's still tight.
Not bashing 3 rivers, but Iv; also had issues with their customer care. I stopped buying from them on principal. If you value your customers then you need to be fair and honorable.I hope they can resolve their issues.
I've wanted to try these gloves as well, but i've also had problems with 3Rivers not really caring to give the customer service level that I have gotten from a bunch of other sponsors.
I have a dura glove and like it. The cordura is barely long enough for me to get a deep hook and I have short fingers. I could see where this would be a problem for someone with long fingers. I have been happy with three rivers other than their shipping practices need some improvement. It cost me a $1.66 to send a wrong size glove back to them but charged me $8.95 to send the same thing one size larger back to me.
Kustom king archery has a speed glove by bear paw that is some what like the gloves you guys are talking about could be another choice to try. There customer service is great bought a black glove from another company and it started falling apart after a few months but like the glove a lot. I seen they sold the same glove I was using on there website so I called them to order a new one. I was talking with the guy on the phone about my glove falling apart. He told me of course to talk with the people I bought it from and said that they should replace it with a new one and if they didn't he would. I would have to send the glove to him I thought that was great!!!
You guys are making me nervous, my old Dura-Glove is getting pretty ragged and needs to be replaced. I hope I get a good one...lol.
The Bearpaw Speed Glove is a similar glove as mentioned although the leather quality on my old Dura-Glove seems better. The Speed glove is nice though.
I fall a little between M and L on a glove so have to try them most times. I got the large first because I suspected they ran small. I was swimming in it. Sent it back for the medium. I have used it quite a bit and it is still too tight. Index finger is real snug, and I can hardly get my finger in it. Middle is not too bad and ring finger is just right. For a deep hook the overlay is a little too short on the index, barley makes it on the middle finger and just right on the ring finger. I have paid to ship the glove three times now and don't care to send it back again.
I wouldn't mind if they took care of shipping when their item is the problem. Why should I have to pay all this shipping because their sizes are not right and the construction is not consistent?
I had kind of the same thing on the Eichler tab. I got the first and liked it so got a second one for a back up. The second had face leather a good 1/3 or more thinner. Way different feel. Got used to the thinner one and ordered a third for a back up to the second. Third was a good 1/4 thinner than the second. Each has quite a bit different string feel. The first was so thick I couldn't use it with the others. I ended up getting rid of the fist and use the third as a back up to the second. Why should I have to deal with this on three tabs the same model all purchased within a couple months of each other? How many do you have to buy to get two the same?
Bear paw Speed Glove Is a way better glove than dura glove IMO.
I have two of the older duragloves. I really like them. I hope the sizing consistancy problem is resolved by the time comes to buy a new one or two.
I rally loved my first dura glove so much I wanted another just in case.Ordered small way too tight, sent back and med was also way to tight and stalls way too short string hanging up.There was also an area of leather on the palm that didn't do right too much to one side.Got my money back except a couple of ship back cost.I bought a Bear paw from custom king that is working right and stalls long enough.I really liked the orginal more even than the bear paw but the new ones no good.Kip
I was a Dura-Glove fan,but I was not pleased with the last one I ordered.I've wore out two of the earlier ones, those were great gloves.
Leland
I've had 3 Dura gloves then they started messing up. I bought the Bear Paw Speed glove and never looked back. I deal with Kustom King or Lancaster archery
James
The Bearpaw Black glove is also very consistant in size and is even slicker than the Dura glove. They last a lot longer also, Kustom King carries them also.
Just recieved my Dura glove last night in the mail, I put my fingers in and grabbed my string, the cordura didn't reach my string. I pulled the fingers as tight as I could and they barely got on the string. It's going back. Anybody ever use the Black Widow stick tight?
I used to be a Dura Glove shooter, loved mine to bits. Looking to try the Bearpaw glove sometime soon for my lighter weight bows. For all others, I'll stick with my American Leathers Elk.
I'm with Big Game though--let me know if the Black Widow glove is working out for anyone. I've been eyeballing them for a while now...
This doesn't sound good fellas. If it aint right I will send it back.
I like the older Dura glove I have because the finger stalls are slender, not a lot of bulk around the edges.
In case this Dura glove doesn't work out, can anyone tell me if the KK Black glove or the Speed glove has slender stalls?
I would really appreciate it if somebody will fill me in on details about the Black glove or Speed glove.
Thanks

I've been shooting the same DG for over 3 years, holding up well. Been thinking of ordering a spare but I've hearing this same talk for a while now, so probably wont. If I knew they would be like the one I got I'd order a case of them.
Coyote30 is right, there shipping fee's are ridiculous.
Don't take long to remember why I buy veeeery little from them.
Eric
I was going to order a replacement for my well worn Dura-Glove a while back until I started reading threads like this. I'm glad mine still has some life in it. I also have a Bearpaw Speed Glove and would recommend it to anybody that likes the Dura-glove, they are very similar.
I have a black glove and love it, but it is not going to be as durable as the leather gloves. It has a lot more feel than the dura glove and speed glove. I shoot up to 55# at my draw and it is fine, but I do get a little sore on the fingers when I shoot a lot of targets. It is great for hunting and light shooting. I got my black glove at the Kalamazoo expo in January and have already worn through the back of the finger tips just past the seam on the finger nail side. Either from the string rolling over the tips or from my face. The tip overlays are still fine. I got a medium because it stretched more than most gloves. Fit nice and I was shooting it like a well broken in old glove from day one. The overlays are plenty long to go well past the first joint.
I looked at getting a speed glove. I found a few at Compton, but they only had medium and that was too tight for me.
I tried an American leather glove a couple years ago and the medium was too tight and large a bit loose. I picked up a medium and tried it on at the GLLI and it was perfect fit for me. Still kicking myself for not getting it.
I am back to my tab most of the time and planning to look at the speed glove, American Leather elk, and maybe the black widow stick tight at this year's Kalamazoo expo. I just have to try them before I get one because I kind of fall between a medium and large.
Well, I got the Dura glove and it's not like my old one.
There is a lot of bulk in the stitching at the finger tips. The material on the tips seems great, the leather looks good, but I ordered a large and it's pretty tight, my fingers feel restricted. The finger overlays are long enough. I am going to keep it because I like the release I get with this glove...but, I did modify it. Cut the very tips out, and ran a flame lightly across each finger stall to stop fraying, and cut some slits in the top of stalls where my knuckles bend. I wont order another one but as long as I can make it work I will use this one.
Just wanted to pass this info along.
Just ordered a new dura glove in large. My old ones have always been large. This one is so small, I couldn't even get my fingers in! The funny thing is that I had already placed my order when I read this thread. Sure enough, same thing too small. I called 3 rivers and sent it back, I will let yall know how they handled it.
You would think with all the problems 3 r is having with customers returning Dura gloves, that they would stop shipping them out or at least check the sizes first, ect. But then I suppose they can make more on return shipping after they are sent back. :dunno:
Well, mine is a large but it's tight. I modified it and it's better but I found my Neet glove and believe it or not the Neet glove works better for me,
Live and learn
Could it be the DG isn't made in the US? Just a guess as to the enormous inconsistencies.
3R is getting bad raps on Customer Service.
You would think they would be listening.
Just because you are big, doesn't always make you the best.

Dont know but they got a good glove it they would get it back like it was.
My experience is the same as RC's I ordered my son one for Christmas and My medium fit him perfect. I orderded him a new one and I couldn't put my finger in it. I called 3 rivers they said to return it I did they sent me a large it fit but was way thinner and the finger stalls were to short for a deep hook. I am out return shipping and have a cheap built expensive glove. A friend gave me a bear paw it is similar but is a little thicker and has long finger stalls. My son loves it.
After reading all of this thread, I ended up ordering a new Bear Paw Speed glove from Big Jim.
Tom
If you have problems with a product and know it and continue to sell it bothers me. Then when a customer like me still likes the product enough to risk ordering TWO with a conversation with the sellers employee on the phone while ordering asking the gloves be matched to size and the guy saying ok ,makes my expectations of a couple of quality gloves higher and therefor upon receiving junk makes my disappointment even higher.I`m basically out 60 bucks or so and don`t want the trouble of sending something back I was assured would be right the first time. Enough to say I am finished doing business with a company I have been buying from for years. Would it have been the same service had I ordered two 800 dollar longbows...Who knows. I`m done fussing.RC
Thanks for the heads up. Now I am going to look somewhere else for my next glove.

I have one of these too. Very similar to my
old Dura-glove, I'll bet you like it.
I would like to apologize on the behalf of 3Rivers Archery and our supplier about sizing concerns on the Dura-Glove.
The glove is still made in the USA and on the same dies as from when the glove was made by Berlin. It has changed company hands (not by our choice, but companies being sold), but the dies are the same.
What is happening is how they are being sewn. This is why the finger stalls are too tight, or bunched at the end. We have been spot checking our shipments, but that has as of today changed to every glove in-stock and of future shipments being checked before going to orders. For those that have exchanged or returned a Dura-Glove this year, please email me at Johnathan@3RiversArchery.com so your return shipping may be reimbursed (if wasn't already) and that I can confirm you got free shipping for the exchanged size. If you are with a Dura-Glove right now and unhappy with its sizing, please let me know also.
The vendor is apologizing to us, and is replacing all gloves that are defective, which we are sending out right away. We are still working with them to get all finger stalls sewn properly and consistently. We have expressed our displeasure of the glove being passed over for an imported glove being rated as higher quality. The checked Dura-gloves will have a 'check mark' on the tag of the glove. These gloves are tried on by a member of the staff for fit and comfort. Those with tight finger stalls, or odd shaped bunching at the tip (may have a small amount, but none that will affect usability or fit). Anyone looking to change out a current glove they have bought in the past 9 months or so please email me and once I confirm your order I will send you a new glove, no need to returning the old glove.
This is not a new issue, but it is something that we have addressed and corrected before. This is why we went to spot checking, not checking all gloves. The issue has popped back up again, and we are working hard to get this corrected, and it is something that I believe will be fixed completely in the near future.
For usability, I would like to ask this question. How far is your deep hook? Right now, we are checking for being able to get to the first knuckle crease of the fingers. I have measured this for a large to be roughly 1.5 inches deep. That is what the approved gloves will be. Are some of you going deeper than that? This would be the time to address this issue if any have input. This depth will vary for the other sizes though.
Again, I do apologize for the inconsistencies of the Dura-Glove sizing. We will have a finalized and complete solution in the near future.
Please feel free to email me privately at Johnathan@3RiversArchery.com if I can help in any way.

I'm glad to hear 3 Rivers is trying to correct this problem because the Dura Glove will definitely continue to be a popular glove if these problems are resolved. The glove I received was a large, but it was really tight. Size is another issue with the Dura glove. For most archers the deep hook issue wouldn't be a problem if the tips are made at a length that would eliminate the deephook issue, in other words go a little farther with the material up the finger stall and the problem is solved. The Dura glove I received would have been good at about 1/4 inch longer on the protection overlay.
Hope this helps.
The finger stalls need to fully clear the first joint as most deep hook coachs teach just beyond the crease on middle finger and just before on the first and ring finger. At least thats what coach Lee and USA archery teach.
Looking at adding 1/4 of an inch to the Cordura for all sizes. On my hand this would go to about the half way mark on my finger. Be about roughly 1.75" on a large glove.
Thanks for the explanation Mr. Karch. I just ordered a backup yesterday, wonderful glove. Always have been very pleased with the service from 3rivers.
Johnathan,
Sir I've been reading and posting on most all of the threads that are related to the Dura Glove as it has been my Favorite for the past 3 years.
Mine has just about reach it limits and has holes and the stitching is starting to break and come loose as you can see from the pictures
(http://i795.photobucket.com/albums/yy235/jalmay5th/file-233.jpg) (http://s795.photobucket.com/user/jalmay5th/media/file-233.jpg.html)
(http://i795.photobucket.com/albums/yy235/jalmay5th/file-1134.jpg) (http://s795.photobucket.com/user/jalmay5th/media/file-1134.jpg.html)
I order a new glove recently but not sure if it has been in the last 9 months as your stated required limit for replacement above.
And the new one has not met the expected quality, fit, or material I had come to know from the past 2 gloves I own.
I have recommended this glove to many as the "best of the best" in my opinion, but again with the last order and like the rest of those posting here I have been disappointed.
I recently purchased a "Speed" Glove from one of your competitor and as stated it an import.
I was not completely satisfied with it as well as it had material bunched up in the ends of the finger stalls and required me to trim and re-sew to get a usable product.
As for recommendations to get back on track with the quality Dura was known for, may I suggest:
1. A tad thicker leather overall in the glove, My originals are thicker and have a more durable feel to them, not "cheap".
2. Please do lengthen the finger stall overlays the current glove is to short by at least 3/8" in my opinion.
3. Make the finger stalls more "full" and not as tapered, they are currently to slim and I have to try and force my Fingers in.
4. And please ensure the material is not bunched in the ends of the finger stalls :readit:
I believe if these things can be corrected the Dura Glove will be back on Track.
One other thing, You have been known for great customer service, but the treatment Robert Carter (RC) received is not and should not be accepted by your great company.
If you find that my purchase of the glove fits your requirements for a replacement please send mine to RC to gain his support back, thanks for listening.
Respectfully
John Langley
I would like one that didn't turn my hand orange when it rains.
Thanks for the information Mr. Karch. I haven't measured my old Dura-glove and haven't seen a new one but even with the older glove a slightly longer Cordura section would be a nice improvement.
South MS Bowhunter,
Thank you for your feedback. In regards to your comments:
1. You are not the first one to suggest thicker leather, but honestly, comparing to a 2006 Dura-Glove, they are the same thickness. The leather is of high quality. I may need to see some pictures of your new glove to see how thin it is. Being a natural product though, it will have slight variety from batch to batch (not too much though), but I cannot say I have ever seen one that is the way you are describing as "cheap" looking.
2. This is in discussion with the vendor right now. Looking at 1/4 of an inch right now.
3 & 4. The tapered finger stalls is the main issue with the glove. That is what is creating the tapered stalls and creating a bunching at the finger tips. This issue is what is definitely being resolved with all gloves we get from now on.
I will check your order to see how old your glove is and get an email/PM to you. RC already has replacement gloves heading his way.
Thanks Johnathan,
As for the thicker Leather, I just know that of the 3 gloves I have the Newest one is noticibly thinner "feeling". I have no way to be sure but it does lack that quality feel to it, I know subjective, but its what a customer draws a conclusion from.
Let me know if I need to send mine back for an exchange if RC is taken care of.
RC is being taken care of separately. Already have gloves off to him.
Would you be able to post a picture of the last glove you got please? Would like to see how it looks. Thank you.
Johnathan one other note is to make sure they sew the fingers on straight, on ALL fingers. Me being a lefty also had my first finger sewed on crooked [3 different gloves] and weared out the seam quickly. Thanks for trying to fix this issue.
Mr Karch,
Will your past order corrections be offered to all customers or just customers on Trad Gang?
Thanks, Knawbone
Just got my replacement glove. Went from a small (which fits perfect in the super and Damascus gloves) to a medium. On this one I can get my finger in it, but it is so tight I can not bend them. The rest of the glove is huge on me. I will just accept this as a 40 dollar lesson (glove price and shipping back and forth). As less 3R paid the replacement shipping.
Johnathan,
Sir here are the pic's of the newest glove. It is a size Medium, and the finger stalls have some dirt on them and look lighter than they are.

When wearing the glove the finger stalls are tight on the sides, but leave a little room from the very tips.
The length of the glove is also to long, even when bent in the shooting position it has a lot of slack in the leather. and this is on front and back.
As for the thickness of the leather, hard to tell when comparing them side by side to the old one. It may be that the old is just stiffer from age and being wet and dried etc...
Hope this helps.
ttt for 3R Shooter
That looks like the way the L fit me with all the slack. The fingers were fine for me for size and overlay length, but it may have stretched and been a little loose in the fingers at that point.
I went to a M to get rid of the slack. According to the measurement info I should have been an easy fit in the M, but very snug in the middle and particularly the index fingers with short overlay. No problem with the lack.
I am going to post some pics of my M glove I got early summer.
SAVIOUR68 - Yep, that issue is not common on all gloves, but I know what you are referring too.
Knawbone - Right now just TradGang is where this is being posted. Our techs are handling any returned gloves handled outside of TradGang the same though. Credit return shipping and free shipping on new one. I am watching product reviews for customer service related concerns as well.
South MS Bowhunter - From those pictures, looks like maybe a little bunching at the finger tips. I cannot tell for sure if the finger stalls are tapered though. The length is a hand sizing thing. We are all made differently, and there are similarities between manufacturers for sizing charts, but no set industry standard from what I see. If me, I would go a size down in glove and even if the finger stalls are snug, can condition the leather to stretch out a bit for a 'second skin' fit. I will reply to you more in our email exchanges we have going on though.
We are looking at adding length to the overlays, but that might be just as an 'extra' solving of the issue. If they are sewing them right, there will not be a bunching of material at the tips, which will length the overlay by a little bit.
First photo show the glove fits fine for length. No issue with that at all. Real snug when I grab the string.
(http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i202/thaner/20130919_082744_zpsb68879c8.jpg) (http://s73.photobucket.com/user/thaner/media/20130919_082744_zpsb68879c8.jpg.html)
It is hare to take a photo on the string, but this represents where it hits for me. Part of the issue is the stitching I think. There is a bit of a bunch on the middle, and a the index tapers real tight and angles off with a bunched up areas inside. However, I still think the overlay is short on two fingers. Having a seam in your finger joint just adds to the bulk in your joint when you are on the string. I would much rather see it go well past the joint.
(http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i202/thaner/20130919_082718_zps27da8cde.jpg) (http://s73.photobucket.com/user/thaner/media/20130919_082718_zps27da8cde.jpg.html)
Back of glove also shows the curls, bunches and angles in the stitching. You can see my ring finger nail isn't going past the left side of the stall where it turns in.

I don't get why the overlay angels from side to side of the finger. Way not square to the finger? My finger joint doesn't angel.
(http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i202/thaner/20130919_082603_zpsd4d2e27a.jpg) (http://s73.photobucket.com/user/thaner/media/20130919_082603_zpsd4d2e27a.jpg.html)
xtrema312 - I do see the bunching on the fingertips, which would shorten the overlay a touch. The image of your fingers by the string looks as if your hand is angled on the string. That it would not be hitting the crease of the string. I have seen this with shooters that shoot with a 'cant' with their bow, but the shooting hand does not 'cant' with the angle of the string.
Could you please clarify this statement: "Back of glove also shows the curls, bunches and angles in the stitching. You can see my ring finger nail isn't going past the left side of the stall where it turns in."
I am just not connecting with what you said with the pictures. I am sorry for that, but if you can explain it a different way it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
Please feel free to email me directly too. Johnathan@3RiversArchery.com
Also, seeing you are in Kalamzoo, are you planning to see Byron Ferguson at the event they are having at the expo center? Details on their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/KalamazooExpoCenter?ref=br_tf
It looks like my hand is angling but it is not when on the string. Part is maybe due to photo and the way my hand and fingers are set to line them up for the photo. It is hard to show the fingers curled like I am on the sting and get a photo of that. The string is right on my jonits, and that is the important part for me. I can't get my fingers in the glove any farther so my finger tips are not all in line as it would appear if you are judging that by the glove, and that is the problem.
If you look at photo #4 of my index finder from the overlay side, I can't get my finger past the radius on the right side of the finger stall, and because of the tapper in the stall, i can hardly get it to that point.
Study all three fingers. Much of the issue with the overlay is due to not being able to get the fingers to the end of the glove, but I still think the middle and index are on the short side.
To clarify "back of glove..", I am saying if you look at the photo of the back of the glove you can also see the curls and bunches and angles of the tip and way it is stitched. the finger tips all but the ring finger are not nice round ends with seams even. The middle finger has a twist in the tip on the ring finger side and the index is just all messed up. Does that help?
I would love to get to the expo for Byron, but it is the early antlerss deer season, and I have to be in a tree or blind with the kids for a few days. You have to have your priorities. :D I would rather hunt than watch anyone shoot. :archer2:
Thanks Johnathan for trying to make things right with the folks who recieved bad gloves.
Leland
Received my new dura glove today, fit is same as old one and has the check on the label, thanks.
katman - As electronic communication does not always get across right... Are you saying it is the same fit as gloves, and you are happy? Or is it same fit as the last glove you got, not the proper fit, and still upset?
I see one on the way to me. I will let you know how it works. I really appreciate the effort and hope the glove issues get worked out. The Glove has a lot of potential.

Great looking Glove Milan, and hand crafted :clapper: :clapper:
Got my two matching gloves yesterday. The match perfectly and are like dura gloves of old. I`m happy. Thank you,RC,.
Guess I should have waited before I modifed mine.
Well, I'm glad to see the problem is being corrected anyway.
Evidently it's only been a problem since March of this year. :saywhat:
Same excellent fit, very happy camper, Sorry about the misleading post, thanks for asking.
Jonathan, I sent you an email on one of two I ordered in March that doesn't fit. Thanks in advance.

I got a replacement on Friday for a glove bought in July (my first Dura Glove) which had required modification and still wasn't quite right. The new glove is much better. On initial inspection, I would have said darn near perfect. Leather seemed just a little heavier, it fit true to size, and it was sewn together straight, not all twisted like my previous glove had been. I didn't get to shoot the glove until Saturday evening and that's when I figured out the nylon stalls are just a "hair" on the short side. They work, but I do have to be a little more careful / precise about finger placement (which probably isn't a totally bad thing). Overall I'm happy with the replacement. I thank Mr. Karch and 3Rivers for doing everything they're doing to make this right. If you can go ahead and get those stalls just slightly lengthened as discussed earlier in this thread, I think the product will be near perfect. Thanks once again...Cory
I spent some time this weekend reworking my replacement glove. I turned it insode out and removed as much of the extra material in the finger stalls as possible. Then I removed the velcro, elastic, and waist strap. Shortened the back on the glove by about an inch. Sewed the velcro, elastic, and waist strap back on, but this time so that they make a smaller loop. The fit is very good now, except the tip of the ring finger is a little bunched up. It is useable now.
I got my replacement yesterday. Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better fit. I was able to get my fingers in the stalls right off. Still snug as it should be new but I got them all the way in with a reasonable amount of wiggling and pulling. The first glove I struggled with, and it was messing with my circulation after wearing it a while. Stitching around the finger tips and tip shape is much better on all fingers. Still have one finger that is not as nice and round as it could be, but a minor thing.
The overlay is a little longer now on my middle and index finger. I have plenty of coverage on the overlay on the ring finger like before. and now I can get a deep hook and not be right on the stitching of the middle finger. Index finger is right against the stitching. I think the overlay needs to be 1/8-1/4" longer. I see no down side to making it longer so the stitching gets out of the finger joint with a deep hook and full curl on the fingers.
My only other complaint is a minor one about the strap fit. I get a good amount of overlap of the strap so I am not attached to the leading edge of the glove body Velcro. I have plenty of extra strap length past the glove body. The strap sizing would likely be better for a large or XL glove. You could have the strap made just a little shorter so you get full contact between the Velcro halves or just add more Velcro material to the strap so it makes full contact. Once the strap stretches a little ,I will have less contact on the Velcro.
Overall I am happy with the glove now. I shot it a little last night, but it will take a little time to get a good finger curl and know who the overlay works out on the index finger.
Thanks Johnathan Karch for taking care of this issue and sending out the new glove.
Received my replacement glove today and it fit perfectly. Thanks to Jonathan Karch of 3 Rivers for great customer service.
Good on 3rivers and you Johnathan for being a stand up company when it came to an issue. Lots of companies seem nice and great when everything is going smoothly, but the true test is when something like this occurs. I applaud you and the entire staff at 3rivers for making this right and doing the right and honorable thing. :clapper: :clapper: :clapper: :clapper:
One thought on the long strap is when wearing one in the winter I use a glove with the three fingers cut off and put the duraglove over top of it. I can use a longer strap to go around the bunchy elastic material at the wrist of my glove.
Just emailed Johnathan and he is taking care of my issue with the Dura glove. Those quys are good at what they do.
