Title: Shrew Classic stock bow
Post by: Ron LaClair on September 04, 2013, 12:32:00 PM
Chuck Deshler of Two Tracks is doing a fantastic job on the Shrew bows. This is the latest that he brought over this morning, RH, 56" 45#@ 28" Rosewood riser and tip overlays, bamboo core with Ice Maple burl veneers.

Ooooohhh, just in time for whitetail season.  45@28 is perfect medicine for whitetails.  That's a dandy looking bow.

Ron is he really gonna tackle the Shrew Hill?? In the same proportions Gregg made em?  If so I think I will get on the list when the time comes for a lefty.  Sampled a righty and its been my favorite Hill bow to date.

I am going to start a savings account now so if and when it happens maybe I can afford it.

I can say the "Shrew Hill" is off my bucket list of bows to shoot thanks to my friend Bob B.. all that means is it got moved to my bucket list of "I want one!"...lol

God bless,Mudd

That sure is a beauty.  Chuck has a gift that we are all fortunate to enjoy.
Can't imagine anyone with more skill.  A recent bow that Chuck wrapped up for me.

That bow almost went bear hunting with me Ron, she's a sweet shooter.
And thanks to all for the nice words.

Turn that bow into a lefty, same pounds at 30 1/2" draw and I will be all over it.

Bear blood on the bow would give it mojo for sure.   :D
