That is how Ken rolls... the man once did a "trade" to me... and what showed up for his part of the "assorted items" is almost embarrassing... the depth of what he sent...the extent of goodies, made me blush!
That boy got a heart as big as he is!
Best wishes, Ken... I'm sure you're soon out the door! Travel safe. Hunt hard and have a grand time just being there!
  Good luck, enjoy Colorado!

Nice offer Ken! You should buy a GPS though, they are not that expensive and they last a long time and they are great to mark spots you may want to return too years later! Shawn

You are very generous. Best of luck on your hunt. By the way, Cabelas has the Garmin Oregon 450T on sale for $189 right now.
Super Cool Ken!
Not to Hijack your thread, but another option for someone needing gear but not wanting to lay out a ton of $$$ for something they may or may not do again, is to rent it.
My brother and I leave for CO in two days, I have most of what I need, but he did not. We stumbled on this outfit out of Colorado Springs that rents packages from 7 to 20+ days, and rates are very reasonable. We are picking the gear up as we pass through, but they will ship it where you need it as well.
We got a tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, jet boil, water filter, GPS, Bear spray, 3 MT House meals, back pack and I think a couple other items for around $129.00 for 13 days. They gave us a list of the equipment, I looked it up and it is all top shelf stuff. My brother said, if he gets addicted to Colorado elk hunting he can then decide to by his own stuff, if not, he got to use it pretty cheap and doesn't have a bunch of gear he may not need again.
Anyway, let me know if you want more info, super people to deal with.
