Camera auto turned off due to cold temps. you may have to pause to catch anything.
At some point I will tell what happened!

If you make it pause at just the right moment you can admire what kind of rack I hope to see in your future hero shot photos.

Nice buck!
O Shoot... lol that one took longer to load than to play. He looked nice in the snow too!
i dont know what happened.. but that is a friggin pig!!!
Well, he was less than 5 yards, I drew just as the video died. he turn away slightly and I made an excellent shot, well so I thought. because of the shot angle I spined him, no penetration (3-4 inches at most) he jump and ran, arrow fell out within several metres. I was not sure if the arrow went in and came back out or just did not get good penetration, confirmed the later when recovering the arrow. I looked for him for that evening into the dark, looked the next two days (several hours each day) On day 3, I check a trail camera at a nearby bait. and who was showing up the next morning after the shot.
I was bummed and only tried to redeem myself with him, by passing some very nice deer. never did see him in person again, but he did show up on several trail cameras in the area.
I will post picture tomorrow, you can actually see the spot where the arrow hit in several of the pictures.
My theory is I missed getting this deer by an 1/2 inch in each direction, I figure I hit him right on that flare of the rib bone and spine, the t-bone! I predict this deer to be in the 170's-180's.
That's a real bummer Hummer.
Major bummer! Maybe you'll get a crack at him this year! Thanks for sharing!

Here he is from the trail came photo the next day, I'm so glad he is still alive, and I did not mortally wound him and he ran off and died somewhere.
If you look along the spine off to the left a little, you can see the wound.
Glad he made it.
