Found these last night along a river.

I'd love to come to your part of the country. Nice find.
Those claw slices look pretty cool.

Thanks for sharing!
That is so very cool!
Thanks for sharing
Awesome and chilling all at the same time! What an animal.
Have you ever taken plaster cast of these? It'd be one way of having a bear in you man cave.
That's amazing! Thanks for sharing
I was talking with a couple of fellows yesterday who have had lots of experience with grizzlies and the work their claws will do...the way I understand things a Brown bear is essentially a grizzly on steroids...hard to imagine what those claws would be capable of doing powered by an even more massive bear

Great pics.....thanks for sharing.
Yes,...thanks for sharing....I'll be bear hunting opening day.....this pumps me up....even though we only have black bears here....
Man, I loved seeing those big brownies when I was in Alaska. You live in some wonderful country. Hope you are packing a big handgun!
Thanks guys.
Achigan- I've looked into casting and may get some dental stone sometime and give it a try. The mud there was very firm, it would have cast well I think.
Pat - I will be carrying when the time comes, but fairly modest sized, a .41 mag.
Very impressive sign. I'd be looking over my shoulder a lot...
