We have gone through almost 6,000 shafts, spined every single one, and weighed every single one. We have extremely tight groups. They are all Port Orford Cedar.
You can view what I have here:
RMSGear Wood Arrows (https://www.rmsgear.com/store/pc/wood_arrow_inventory.asp)
All of them are matched to the exact spine. No 50-55, I'm talking one dozen arrows of the exact same spine. Most of them are within 5 grains, but I have several dozens that are all the exact same grain weight.
There are a few of the lighter shafts that we haven't grouped up yet, but we will soon and at that time I will put them on the website. I will keep this list updated weekly.
$42/dozen
Footed arrows are $90/dozen, most any wood is available for the foots. Turn around time is a couple weeks on making the footed arrows.
If you've never tried wood arrows you're truly missing out. The enjoyment I get out of making wood arrows is one of my favorite parts of our sport. Making woodies are some of my earliest and most cherished memories with my Dad.
I've killed all sorts of stuff with woodies. Lucky for me I have a brother who gets an absolute kick out of documenting my kills:

You will not find guys who try harder to put quality gear in your hands than the Clum family. Check them out.
+1
Tommy,
Your Dad mentioned to me at the HCS that you were shooting woods this year...very cool.
I will have to get down and check out those shafts.
Saw some beautiful footed shafts at RMSG two weeks ago. Great work on those shafts.

Just looked on your link.....those are truly tightly matched arrows!

That is a Great Service! Outstanding!
Awesome. I will be placing a order
Those are great pictures. If you can accept the misses with a laugh and a smile on your face, then you've got the right attitude.
I enjoy seeing those pics as much as the success pics.
I was in the shop last Saturday, while in Denver visiting my son. Great people, a huge selection of bows hanging on the wall. If you are ever in the area, make a plan to stop by.

Yes, I love them. I really do. I am not elk hunting with my woods this year because of a broadhead gift I got from a good friend, but wood is what I've shot most of my life.
I'm going to bring this back to the top again so that you wood shooters don't miss it.
Last time I bought woods without spining and weighing them myself they had a difference of 12 lbs and 138 grains! I knew better...
Tommy, lets say someone like myself shows up at the shop. Someone who does not shoot wood arrows but would like to, and has no idea where to start. Would you set them up with the ideal arrow spine for their particular bow? Maybe some trial and error shots? If so, see you Friday.
Matty.
Tommy will get you dialed in with the correct shaft if you want to start shooting woods let me know.
I would be happy to help..been building my own woods for..... lets just say a long time...
Pat
I got some of these a couple of months back. You aren't going to find better POC shafts anywhere.
After weighing and spining each shaft by hand, Tommy had to be talking to himself. Makes fly tying look exciting. But, guys who shoot wood are getting the benefit of that tiresome task.
Ha ha! Pat I cannot take credit for this batch, it was mostly my brother spining and weighing.
Matty yes your arrows will be PERFECT. We will set you up right.
These guys put a ton of work in to make sure they are setting up matched arrows, both spine and weight. I'm always amazed each year at how many arrows they go thru and the time they put in. Plus, I don't think you can find better people that truly go the extra mile to help all customers that come thru the door.
Great folks. Just talked to them this afternoon.
