Just wondering how many of you guys shoot blind bale daily to work on form? I used to do this all the time, but sort of strayed away from it recently due to being busy with work and school. My form has definitely been lagging as of lately especially when i get out my heavy hunting bows. Am considering trying to do at least 10-15 blind bale arrows everyday at least until hunting season begins.
Good timing on the post with hunting season right around the corner. I need to make sure I use just one arrow though.
Wishing you luck this season Robert.
I have placed an 18"x18" cardboard piece on my black foam target butt to practice for moose. I even used tape to locate the leg so I can practice lining up right above it.
I have to practice looking at the middle of this cardboard to keep em in the middle.
I just received 200 grain field points from Big Jim in today's mail. They match the 200 grain Helix single bevel's I'll be using this season.
I'd rather use my form master. Works better and faster for me
I do about an hour a day.
Great idea.
I've been focusing most of my efforts this year on form shooting. If my form is good, I can shoot very well. If my form and strength are off, I'm gonna spray arrows. Form and strength are key.

I shoot blind bales most days year round - 15 minutes or so. Been doing this since mid 70s I prefer bare bales for lots of reasons. On days off I follow with a stump shooting session roving w a judo.

Not been truly "blind" baling, but I have just started shooting about 1 yd. away from my target with focus only on form. I'm doing 12-24 arrows that way pretty much daily. I'm hoping that it helps. The shots already feel better. :D
Had to move to the blind bale shooting because I was short drawing due to target panic. Been staying very close to the target and only doing some short range 10 yard shooting with one arrow after doing some blind bale exercises. Things seem to be working with the combination of blind bale and short range shooting. If I catch myself snap shooting at short range I move back to blind bale shooting using only one arrow.
