I Know its a long shot but I would like to find something less than 75 grains.

Bill,

I buy 50 gr titanium adapters from Abowyer.  They are aprox the same length as a 11/32" 100gr steel adapter but are 21/64 diameter.  I shoot 250 gr heads so they work perfectly with your 200gr Kodiak.  Because they are 21/64 they go all the way up in the ferrul of the Grizzly BH with about 1/16" of ferrul past the end of the adapter.
