If you are looking for Douglas Fir you can buy directly from Surewood Shafts or Wilderness Custom Arrows. We can cut to length, nock and tip taper, and/or do a back taper on them also.
Another one for Douglas Fir from Braveheart, Tim is top notch!!!!!!!!!
I would go with Surewood Shafts without hesitation!
I would guarantee that you will not be disappointed.
Fast shipping usually a couple of days at most
Great great product

I bought my first wood shafts from surewood last winter. I am shocked how tough they are! Missed a couple shots yesterday that hit the dirt/rocks and I was shocked to find my arrow still shooting good afterwards where the same shot with an aluminum shaft that I used before would have been bent like crazy.
If your looking to have them made Snag makes great arrows :archer2:
I also got some great Surewood shafts from Bravehart.
Doug fir from Surewood. Hard to beat.
Surewood Steve....great shafts.
Douglas fir - Surewood
Douglas fir or Sitka spruce - Hildebrand
Douglas fir or Port Orford cedar - Wapiti Archery
Personally, I only go with the manufacturers themselves. That way I know exactly what I am getting and with the smaller guys like these I will frequently speak with a person who operates the machines when I order.
Guy
If you want shafts that are matched in spine RMS Gear has already done the work for you.
Yup Douglas Fir is great shafts.
Ted at Raptor Archery sells shafts of various woods like Doug Fir and the best sitka spruce I've ever used. He will send them to you in matching spine within 5 pounds and weight within 10 grains as well.
Surewoods, hard to beat!!!!
Raptor Archery, they're a sponsor and Ted can set you up. Point, nock or tail taper, footed shafts with different wood options or complete arrows.
