Pleasant surprise in the mail and is it a looker! This thing looks SEXY! Still in the hand, faster than my 50' recurve and quiet even without silencers. Who needs a recurve when they have something this nice!
Thank you Mr. McCreedy Pics when I figure out my new phone.
Pics it is then, before we say anything.....
Yes please photos!
Patiently waiting for the pics........
Pix newbert! Mike is one of the finest folks in the business building quality backed by service second to none. Recommend his bows to everyone.
Love Maddog bows. Do not love waiting on pics ;)
:campfire:
We'll sit all day waiting for a deer, work tirelessly at getting our bows/arrows shooting right and spend days scouting our hunting grounds.
BUT, this group doesn't want to wait more than an hour or two for any kind of pic that gets promised...
Well I wish I was smarter than my smart phone but I ain't. I figured put how to get the pics into my gmail but don't know how and where to send. On the other hand, that bow sure is fun to shoot!
here it is

A big thank you kook68.
I believe that is one of the prettiest Maddogs i have seen yet.
The mad dogs are great shooters, would have kept mine if the grip had fit my hand.
Jon
Sweet lookin' bow!
Been a proud owner of one of Mike's longbows for a few years now but must say that yours is sure enough a looker... :)
They shoot as good as they look too.
I want one so bad...I think they are divine! Great looking bow...grats!

Same here. I have a Mountaineer and a Prairie Predator and let a Retro go because it was a little heavy for me. Those bows are all handsome bows but this one is beautiful.
Doug
Very Nice!! Mountaineer or Predator? Specs, woods? Curious.
my son will get his Maddog pup tomorrow for his 7th birthday. it has been heck waiting two weeks since it came to give it to him. i cannot wait to see his face. i will, of course, post pics, haha!
very nice bow you got today, sir!
Prairie Predator, 58" and 46#@28 inches.
The secondary wood is maple, maybe. I can't for the life of me remember what I had asked Mike for as the primary. Maybe someone with a good eye will have an idea what it is.
I was a bit concerned when I pulled the bow out of the box, the grip seemed so slender compared to my vintage recurves. But I gotta tell ya, this thing worked out super for me. Like one of those old point and shoot camera's, it shoots where I look (yeah, I know sounds cliche', but it's fact). My daughter drools every time I get it out to shoot. I think a second Mad Dog is in the near future.
My Prairie Predator feels like I am carrying a fly rod in my hand. It almost looks like a little kids bow but she sure is smooth and very quick.
I can't imagine a better bargain for the dollar than any of the Maddog bows. I hope to grab me another Retro in the future.
Doug
This Predator is what I have on order, from Mike.
Should be in my sweaty-palms, in 30 days.
