Raven Arrows in Idaho, I don't have their number handy but usually have an add in TBM. Also Custom Feathers has them.  http://www.customfeathers.com/contact.htm
I haven't bought any ground feathers from Custom Feathers so I can't comment on them but I have bought lots from Raven and sent them feathers to be ground and they do an excellent job.
I hope this helps you.
Jack

Jack,
I could be wrong but I thought that I heard some time back that Raven grinds the feathers for Custom Feathers so that is a good place to get them from. dino

I didn't know that Raven ground feathers for Custom Feathers. I do know that the Raven grind is the best commerical grind I have seen.

Raven does grind the feathes for Custom Feathers. When I send my wings to David Mitchell to trade one the halves I get the ground ones back from Raven. They really do a great job.
