Spent the day on Lake Melvern in eastern Kansas. Biggest fish of the day. 15 lb buffalo and nice garr for that lake. Rainy day, spotting fish was hard, but fun!
Nice fish!
Looks like it was a lot of fun!
Shoot straight, Shinken
:archer2:
Never been to Melvern, any trouble finding fish?
Is that you Mel?
What's left of me!! About 75 lbs lighter than the last time you saw me Charlie. And a lot more gray!!
Awesome
Melvern is a nice lake. I worked on the construction of it in 1971-1972 as a surveyor. Killed my first deer just south of the town of Melvern. Jim
Looks like fun!
Looks like a great day!
Mel! Way to go bud- on the fish and the weight loss!!!! You're looking great friend!
Awesome gar!
Amazing! Looking good too. I hope the weight loss was planned and all is well.
Mel's been looking like Jack Lalane for a while now. Looks like it's staying off too, so that is great!
Nice fish Mel!
Morning Whip! I was shooting the Cascade that you refinished for me! Remember that bow?
Nice fish right there.
Great Job Mel.
Fish are fine as well.

Nice shootin' Mel!

 Bah-ha-ha! I was thinking the same thing. I thought "hmm he must have been hunting with a friend."
I saw you a couple of times in person last year, Mel and I didn't recognize you in these pictures either. Congratulations on the fish, those are some big'uns! Chris Kinslow and I went out the last couple of weekends and haven't seen very many carp and zero gar.
