Title: Body Blade and Bowfit
Post by: bluemoonrising on July 21, 2013, 11:30:00 AM
Since I didn't want to hijack the Bowfit thread, I'll start a new one. With hunting season right around the corner, I thought I'd share a product that has really worked well for me the last 4yrs. It's called the Body Blade and was invented by a physical therapist, also. Almost every morning I "loosen" up with it. It really helps my back and entire body. Thus, it helps me get through work, climbing trees, shooting my bows, and so on. For those that have had back problems, it's a must...in my book. Peace!

Mike,

Tell some more about this product, I did a goggle search and it looks intriquing, but the skeptic in me wants validation   :saywhat:

South--I was very skeptical, also. But my back told me to try something other than surgery, chiro, drugs, and such. I ordered a set, and quickly realized there was real science involved in the product's design and function. I've lived a fairly athletic and physical life, and my 50+ yr old body feels it. The Body Blade really loosens me up in the morn. I still lift weights, bike, treadmill, and so on, but this is a piece of equipment/ workout strategy I will not do without. Both my wife and daughter (in a wheelchair) over the years have had physical therapy. They came home a couple of times telling me what their Physical Therapists had them working with--the Body Blade. Sorry about the length... Anybody can use it at whatever "energy level" they want. There is a small learning curve, but within a day or two, you'll be showing off to your friends. Peace!

South-one more thing. My back used to go out 3 or 4 times a year. It seemed like every fishing season and hunting season I was in incredible pain for weeks at a time. Now, my back doesn't go out nearly as often. And when it does, the amount of pain and the duration of it is a great deal less. Peace!
