I'm starting to think I am not fond of bow quivers.
I was wondering if anyone hunts with a Mini-Cat Quiver? I'm usually toting a climber and belt pack, and was thinking this may be the best option.
Other ideas/feedback welcomed...
 Thanks
I've used a Catquiver 1 & 3 off and on with a climber through the years. I just strap it to the climber for the walk through the woods
I was feeling the same about a bow quiver .. so before I completely moved away from them I thought I would try a 3 arrow Mini EFA quiver .. WOW I really like it. So light on the bow it's like it isn't even there .. could work for you too?

Thanks guys
I've used a mini for at least 7 years now I guess and it is the only hunting quiver I'll use. I have it mounted to the side of a small MOLLE pack. Keeps arrows quiet and within easy reach and I can take it off quickly and use the strap if I want to and forget the pack. I never liked bow quivers either - especially on longbows.
I just strapped a Mini Cat to my Waldrop pack seat, I have used it with a day pack also......I think you may like it! I like the handy aspect of a bow quiver but just can't get accustomed to shooting with it on there.
Yep. Love the mini. I do carry two arrows on my bow but the mini is strapped to my backpack.
OK guys, I'm going to offer a dissenting opinion. I've used the Mini and other Catquivers and once slipped and fell on steep terrain with one . The upright bar flexxed enough to let some of the arrows fall out - of course point down. I didn't get cut but it was enough to make me wonder what might have been with the hard upper cover capturing the nock ends and pushing downward. Just my 2 cents, but worth a thought.
Same as powduck for me. Been doing it for several years now with no problems.

Strapped to a pack I could see how the mini catquiver would be nice. When I tried one, I just used the strap it came with and really struggled getting arrows out and especially back in. So for me, the GFA style quiver worked much better if it is to be a quiver used with just a shoulder strap. Now this is not meant to be a slam of the catquivers. I think they are a very neat design and very well made. Just the use of the mini without strapping it to something or added the waist strap, I just didn't care for it. Any of the other catquivers allow some resistance when you push up to remove or replace arrows. At least that was my experience.
Rod Jenkins Safari Tuff Arrowmaster. The last quiver you'll ever have to buy.

I think like that all the time and am always looking for a better option. Always come back to the bow quiver. Always.
Good luck Gator!
