How about posting any pictures of harvests made with a Bear bow?
Details appreciated, but, not necessary.
Thanks for participating, Skychief.
buck in my avatar from several years ago, best I can remember it was a 55 lb super Kodiak 60" (could be wrong on that) I had a solo Arkansas back pack hunting trip planned and wasn't going to miss it.. I am a lefty but I injured my hand requiring stitches and a splint, so I borrowed a right hand bow and figured out how to shoot right handed, it worked out pretty well..

Dave the bow in your pic is a Kodiak Hunter, I too used one to take this buck last year. They are great bows. A bear is hard to beat.

Sorry all I got, but it was the very first fish I ever shot at! Bear 76er 45# This bow is exact same model, weight and color as my first real bow when I was a kid, I bought it last year and it had a twisted limb, a little boiling water poured over a towel wrapped around the problem limb and I was able to straighten it out and it shoots an arrow very nicely and longbow quiet, I'm hoping if I get an elk this fall, the self imposed pressure to fill the freezer will be off and I am planning on using it for deer hunting.

Here's the buck I took from the ground at 12 yards in the Michigan late bow season. We receive a foot of snow overnight that night and this buck was heading out to feed in the orchard an hour before dark. The bow I shot him with is a refinished 1971 Super Kodiak.
(//%5Burl=http://s1246.photobucket.com/user/shrewshooter/media/December2012refinshiedsuperk.jpg.html%5D%20%5Bimg%5Dhttp://i1246.photobucket.com/albums/gg617/shrewshooter/December2012refinshiedsuperk.jpg) [/IMG]
Here's the before and after pictures of the bow. It took about 20 hours to refinish, but well worth it to bring it back to like new. It's now sporting a period correct 4 arrow quiver and Microflite arrows with Bear Razorheads.
