What kind of break-in/ stretch should I see on a d10 10 strand string with padded loops?

I would think almost none. 1/8"?? 1/4" max maybe?? if the string twists need to settle in out of the bag. If you add any twists it will shift as the twists settle in, but otherwise D10 shouldn't move.
10 strands of D10 is what all my strings are. Once I shoot a dozen or so arrows to set the nock point and brace height, its pretty much settled in. Doesn't seem to move at all after that.

D10 is very low stretch.

I have been making my own strings but it seems like every now and then I have to add a couple twists. I wonder if my strings are just a tad long and I'm twisting them to much to start with and the twists are stretching on me after shooting a bit.
I have found that with D10 fewer twists are better and keep those twists in the loops tight. Are you padding the loops with B50 and to how many strands?
Had been using d10 for the pads, padded to 16. Is B50 the best way to go for the padding.
I use D10 for the padding too. I was just curious to see if yours were different. Sounds like your strings are exactly like mine. Not sure why you would be getting alot of stretch. Maybe try making one a tad shorter so you don't need as many twists to get your brace height?
Will give that a try. I'm guessing that is the problem, it doesn't look like my loops are betting bigger so I'm guessing I have too many twists (3/in).

Depends on several variables. Draw weight, how the string was built, amount of pre-stretch, temps, etc.
