When did my favorite magazine go to stapling the binder ? Looks like a comic book now. I really liked the glued back a lot better.
Oh well I'm sure it was to cut costs.
Glenn
My June/July is glued... :dunno:
Yeah I just recieved my Aug/Sep issue and it's stapled. I couldn't find the last issue to compare it.
Glenn
Minnesota seems to always be last to get them!
May be a cost saving move.
Haven't got mine yet...
I hope they dont go the way of Bowhunter magazine. I dropped them a few years ago after 25 years of loyalsubscribing.
It's circular. Buy more archery gear folks.
As long as the quality of the articles remains the same I don't care if they put it together with spit and chewing gum!...VTer, I hear ya on Bowhunter, I stopped also after many ,many years.
As long as they have good stuff to read, I guess I can live with staples. Got a Bowhunter sitting here and there seems to be more trad stuff than usual. Staples in it...lol.
Haven't got mine either? I have every single issue though...stacked chronologically or in binders. Format, design and layout do capture my attention and matter to me. I like that TBM has always been relatively consistent in that regard. Familiarity is nice in the is fast paced ever changing world.
I'll likely get mine tomorrow.
Kris
Could you be referring to TradArchers' World magazine as a staple product? Traditional Bowhunter mag is the same as always I believe.
They might be saving costs, but I'm positive they won't go the route bowhunter magazine seems to have gone.
No Lon it's the new Trad. Bowhunter. It's the ONLY bowhunting magazine that I buy.
Glenn
Yep,just checked and it is stapled. Didn't even notice. I really enjoyed the Dave Duran article. He makes it to the bigger trad shoots out here and has most everything you need.
