Where do you guys that shoots heavy bow and wood arrows find decent 11/32 shafts? I'm pulling around 75 at my draw I'd that helps any.
surewood douglas fir shafts.
Surewood Shafts offers premium douglas fir in high spine weights. I have made arrows for guys with shafts as heavy as 125/130's.
Wow thanks guys. Do the sure woods have a good weight to them.
Surewoods. My 50-55 spine tapered arrows that are 27" to the back of point finished arrows weigh 530 grains with a 160 grain point. Give you some idea. Plus their website shows you the weight range on the raw shaft for the spine range. Great quality.

Thanks dragonheart
It depends on alot of factors. If you are shooting a recurve that is cut pretty far past center and you plan on using heavy broadheads, you will likely need alot heavier than 75 pound spine. This is especially true if you have a longer draw length/arrow length. Once you get above 90-95# spine, it becomes pretty hard to come by 11/32 shafts. If you can't find what you are looking for in douglas fir, you could give Kevin a call at Forrester wood shafts. He has leopadwood shafts that might work out for you. Good luck.
Thanks pdk
theres always 23/64" doug fir ... that'd get you up there in spine ...
Yah I have been thinking about moving that size.
I always shot 23/64's on my 78# bow.
