An incredible gesture of friendship.
I do believe in what goes around will come around.
I do believe in give and take.
But yesterday I had to realize it was a lot harder to take then to give

Here´s the story:
I got a parcel delivered from Border Archery in Scotland.
My new limbs arrived ... yes, yes, yes ...
Happy as a clown I was staring at the box ????
Something appeared to be wrong .... ??!!?!??
That box is way tooooooo long ..?!?!!!?? Wrong parcel or what ??!!??
(http://i929.photobucket.com/albums/ad132/yononindo/Ghillie%20Dhu%20Horsebow/GhillieDhuarrived_zpsd844c3b4.jpg) (http://s929.photobucket.com/user/yononindo/media/Ghillie%20Dhu%20Horsebow/GhillieDhuarrived_zpsd844c3b4.jpg.html)
Here is what the box contained:
my new Hex 6 bb2 limbs and a black bag ?????
(http://i929.photobucket.com/albums/ad132/yononindo/Ghillie%20Dhu%20Horsebow/Hex6bb2Limbs_zpsd0629ac3.jpg) (http://s929.photobucket.com/user/yononindo/media/Ghillie%20Dhu%20Horsebow/Hex6bb2Limbs_zpsd0629ac3.jpg.html)
Had to find out that the black bag was a gift from my friend Jer.
After opening that bag my eyes kept getting wider and wider ..... it was ... WOW ... I was speechless !!!!
I must have been sitting there for almost an hour ... just staring at that beauty.
Jer knows about my passion for horse archery and bowhunting.
So he was getting me a bow made that I could use for Horse Archery as well as for Bowhunting.
Thanks again brother for leaving me speechless.

Oh Danny boy .... :)
If everything works out as planed I will be seeing you at Smitty´s.
Then I will show you how to string her and get you to shoot her.
Looking forward in seeing you again.
Mudd my old friend
Was that you who once said " I will eat your horse " :biglaugh:
Those are some wicked hooks on that beauty.
Wow !!!
Thank you all so much for helping me saying thanks to a friend.
You are a bunch of good people on here.
I was so excited myself that I forgot to give you any details on that bow.

nice looking horse you have there.
I knew I was not the only "Horse Crazy" out there.
You might find this link helpful if you want to start horse archery.

For those who like those silhouette Photos .... I can send you the full sized pic or feel free to download them from my Photo bucket Album.
Thank you all again and shoot straight.
I will keep you updated on her adventures to come.
Daniel, Thanks for the Video. You have a great trust and leadership with that horse.
You are right, Horse Crazy is a good way to describe it.
your equestrian facility is amazing!
Beautiful bow!
Wow! I thoroughly enjoyed viewing your video! That brings back some incredible memories of living in MT and watching friends "gentle" their horses and break them to all sorts of things, if not shootin bows off them.
You folks that use animals in your hunts, be they lamas, horses or dogs, truly have a dedication and investment of time to bring them to that level of trust and companionship!
I blinked when the credits came on about "selling" the horse! Horse crazy takes on a whole new meaning.
great shooting and intriguing to watch someone immerse their animal in the "old ways" with bow and trusty steed!
Thanks!
We have horses as well, but we don't shoot our bows off from them. That is very cool!
Wow, I have never seen that much recurve. It would seem to me that limbs like that would be suseptible to twisting. Does the Carbon backing help with that?

danny, the hex6 are very easy to string cause the string is only 2" less than the bow (60" string for a 62" bow); it make this bow a pleasure to string what was not really the case with the hexv
wow, those pics are bad a$$!
Really cool pics!
L.R.
I love this bow and very nice pictures.
Awesome all the way around Daniel!! Congrats!
Great friend you have there Daniel  And the bow is a beauty, but thoe pictures are just amazing as most of the others have been.
Keep up the great work you do for this great sport we enjoy!
Great looking bow and pictures!!
Unbelievable looking bow and photos
