Cuz it takes a man to shoot pink. ;) Pink feathers, pink wrap, pink nock.
goose or natural barrs from Magnus
Pink feathers, pink wrap so that when I miss, easier to find. HA HA!
Seriously, I used to worry about getting busted by deer seeing bright colors, I learned that what's interesting is ungulates see in black and white. I've seen pictures of arrows/blinds etc rendered in a fashion of what I saw a deer would see. From this image, brightly colored feathers look bland or nondescript and barred feathers stick out like a sore thumb. Evenly spaced horizontal or vertical strips on the feather look unnatural.
I won some really cool One Stringer arrow wraps on the St Jude's auction. Seems like pink feathers will have to go on them. Either all pink, or 2 pinks and a white cock feather.
Chartruse & Blaze Orange on my hunting arrows!!!
My son Tyler is learning to fletch arrows this year. He wants to go with a single color sceme... We're going to try Blue, Green, Red, Orange, Yellow... 2 solid hen feathers, with a matching color barred cock feather.
Another member of Team Pink,here.
I really like bright colors so I can see my arrow in flight. Chartuse and pink are my favorite with white running a close second. All on a reflective white wrap.
Different colors for different spine wts. Yellow with natural barred cock feather on my 65# bow. Black with white cock feather on 55# bow. White with orange cock feather on 50# bow. 3 barred natural feathers on 54# bow, white with barred cock feather on 59# bow.
Color code works very well until those senior moments when I forget which color scheme matches which bow.
3 bright yellow or 3 white.

Triple pink feathers, two small pieces of reflective wrap, one in front and one in back of fletching.
I will be using some chartreuse ones on some woodies soon.
3 solid pink feathers here!

I don't care what color my feathers are as long as their yellow...... :)
1 Red barred, 2 solid white. I like some white as I can see it best during flight.
Chartreuse
I like 3 pink
Chartreuse
Bill
Chartreuse wrap, with two chartreuse and one flo orange feather. Nock is flo orange.
I want to see it fly!
White in PA is a no no. It's a good way to get shot! We have some real boneheads here. We have a youth/senior rifle and inline deer season right in the middle of October. Our Fall turkey season allows shotguns and RIFLES! Our PA season is such a crock of crap!
TrueFlight chartreuse 4 fletch
Flo orange wrap and three chartreuse on most of them some have flo orange fletch and white. ect.
2 reds and a white
3 white shield. I do have a set with two pink and one chartreuse for snow.
Natural barred cock feather and red hen fethers.

Almost always all 3 feathers same color....either chartruese, yellow, red, or white.
Team Pink....every now and then along with the hot pink crown, I'll throw on 3 Chartruese or 3 white feathers for that dusk time visibility. Gun season, its blaze orange dip with AMG Flo Orange Feathers and when Bear hunting...chart dip with Chart/White feathers.

For the last 5 years been using a khaki crown, with purple cock feather and two pink hen feathers. Love them and easy to find and have had deer literally on the ground 5 yards from me without a blind and couldn't see them.
Red.....cock,solid red, hens are barred red.White nock....works for me.
3 Flo Yellow or 3 Pink. They just show up well for me in the woods.

Mine are the pink ones, my son shoots the orange ones.
I use differing colors, but my favorite is 2 solid blue with a solid red cock fletch. I also am very fond of 3 red or 3 blue.
Usually red barred....but have done quite a few with grey barred cock and red barred hens.
newest arrows are plain shafts i put together with natural barred fletching all around from Magnus! :)
Orange barred on an orange wrap.
Red barred/ yellow
I use 9 inch bright wraps and flo yellow.....for several reasons.

4 4inch shield cuts in Charteuse! I have been known to use orange, white, pink, grey/brown barred too though.
I like lavender with reflective purple wraps , the points I usually do color with Translucent pearl nail polish over plain red which has the pink hue to it if the sunlight is beaming down on the feltched part of the shaft.
the hunting versions I like to keep a similar color scheme but more of a earthy tone,, so crazy baby blue, white pin stripes, the feathers are extra light baby blue (let fade in direct sunlight for about 2 weeks to get the light baby blue shade) the nocks are the lighted nocks for confirmation of the hit,, but I color the nocks with a green sharpy which makes them light up bright purple. the broadheads are simply brushed to bare metal and then I apply a clear coat for a natural metal effect.
