Wow! Check them out in the Sponsor's Classifieds. Black Creek Bows are exceptional. Really hate to see them go out of business. You guys better buy a great bow while you can.
BTW, Happy Birthday Mr. Gainey!

Yes I just purchased mine from him! I bought a Black Creek for my wife about 4 years ago and the quality was amazing and the bow is beautiful. If anyone is in the market for a new bow check out the sponsor classifieds and get one before they are gone!
Check out the "Please Read" thread. I didn't notice there was already a thread started.
Yes indeed, some unreal deals on a new bow. Sorry to see this happen. Shows how small the Traditional bow market really must be! Need more people.
Jim Gainey is a fine person and his bows are really nice. There are a lot of people making really good bows, but it's disheartening to see someone with his talent getting out of bow making. If it's true then I'd like to say "Thanks Jim for all the great bows and God bless you in the future".
I'm sorry to hear this. Jim's a great guy.
Was just shooting my Black Creek ILF riser today. Great grip, accurate, dead in the hand, and quieter than any ILF bow I've shot.
Oops, duplicate.
Nooooooooo!!! Man I hate that. Wish I had ordered those banshee recurve limbs. Jim is a great guy. Just finished up shooting my siren and T/D banshee long bows out in the garage. Man I like his bows!!! Good luck Jim. I think I'm sick!!!
:( (
This is sad!!! Nooooo!!! He does beautiful work!! Now I wish I hadn't sold the two preowned ones I had...I said "I'll just order a new one someday"
Jim's bows had their own unique style that made them interesting. The man did beautiful things with wood and phenolic.
Those with the means- help an artist out and buy a sale bow on the Sponsors classifieds!!
been admiring the black creek banshee for a while now...so I just had to get one. cant wait till it gets here :)
