It is with regret that we announce that after 6 years Black Creek Bows will be closing our doors. We want to thank everyone who has supported us thru these years.
While quantities last, we will be selling our remaining in stock bows at a substantial discount. We will not be taking any additional custom bow orders. As soon as we have completed building the present pending bow orders we will be selling most of our bow building tools, forms, and remaining supplies.
Please look at the Sponsor's Classified Ads for specific details of prices and a list of bows, tools and materials.
Though I've never shot one of your bows, I am sad to hear this. These economic times are killing off the small businesses. I wish you luck and well being in what ever the future holds for all of you. :wavey:
Thank you Wannabe1. I appreciate your comments.
I try to look on the bright side, now maybe I can get to shoot at the events.
My Best to you and yours...and thanks for the support in past years. I hope you are still able to enjoy the hunt and this site despite this setback.
Good luck.....just noticed your member #....wow, you have been here since the beginning! Go shoot and have fun!

Very sorry to hear this Jim. You crafted some fine bows Sir. I hope you have something lined up and good luck!
Sorry to see you hang it up Jim. Your bows are awesome. Want to wish you and your family Gods peace. Hope the future is bright and bountiful.
Jim, wish you the best in whatever you do.
My best buddy says everything happens for a reason, I think he is right.
Take care,
kenny
Wishing you all good things!
Prayers to you Jim, thanks for everything!
I'm really sorry to hear that, guess it's going to make the one I've got on order from you almost bitter sweet. I wish you all the very best.
Thank you guys. It was my privilege to have the oppurtunity to be allowed to be a part of such a great crowd of people. Traditional archers are the best and most understanding people in the world. I am proud to call all of you that I have met and dealt with my friends.
I will continue to be part or the trad world and part of tradgang. Hope to see you in the woods or on the course.
Jim
Jim,
You sir are a gentleman. Ran your business the way you should with the customer first. I have always enjoyed our dealings as well as the times we met at shoots. I will look forward to seeing you soon and add my best to you.

Jim, I am proud to be the owner of one of the last Sirens you made. You treated me, and I'm sure many others, right. Enjoy the journey.
Coram Deo.
Looks like there is still some for sale.
Jim, I never shot one of your bows but they were gorgeous! Good luck in all your future endeavors.
Already sent Jim a PM, but again here: good on you sir and good luck in your endeavors! Your bows were in a style that was all yours, beautiful and functional and I enjoyed shooting several, sad that I let them go thinking I could order one someday new, should have held onto one. Your spearpoint tips to me are still the best I've ever seen.
Sorry to see you leaving the bussiness Jim. It was great meeting you and visiting at the shoots. Good luck to you
